The published window and hall
The venue's facility guide sizes Hall J at 36,300 square feet with 3,136 theatre seats, 2,240 banquet seats and 174 booths of 10 by 10. Hall K measures 38,600 square feet with 3,352 theatre seats, 2,400 banquet seats and 189 booths.
The two halls together hold 74,900 square feet, 6,488 theatre seats, 4,640 banquet seats and 363 booths. Against the 1,500 forecast, the floor gives 49.93 square feet per attendee.
One show day becomes two
The venue keeps a page for the 2026 edition. That page dates the show to February 11, 2026 alone and places it in Exhibit Hall F-G at the same 1,500 forecast. The 2027 edition adds a second show day and moves to Hall J-K. The forecast holds at 1,500 across both editions.
The Wednesday check-in wave
Wednesday February 10 carries three published group movements. The Indiana Health and Safety Conference and Expo closes its February 7 to 10 run that morning at a published forecast of 850. The Indiana Green Expo closes its February 8 to 10 run that day at a published forecast of 2,000. Core-Mark arrives the same day at 1,500.
Add the three forecasts and the day holds 4,350 people, which is 61.27 percent of the venue footer's 7,100 downtown rooms. Front office staff process two departure blocks and one arrival wave inside one shift.
Both closing groups hold rooms through that morning. A 10 a.m. checkout pushed to 11 a.m. moves the housekeeping sequence for the Core-Mark arrival. Build the arrival plan on the Wednesday clock the two closing groups create.
The Thursday release block
Thursday February 11 is the second show day and the group's release day. The venue feed's next record after the show is the Economic Club of Indiana Luncheon on Friday February 12.
Engine's Indianapolis series puts the average nightly rate at $128 across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. February is the cheapest month in the table at $107, 16 percent below the city average. May is the most expensive at $158, 23 percent above it. The city ranks 39 of 50 markets and sits 14 percent below the $148 median.
Engine defines these as par rates, the cheapest publicly available nightly rate at the time of a search. The two Core-Mark nights land in the cheapest month in the table. The show releases its Friday and Saturday to the house.
The Signia and the room base
The venue's news item announces the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis with 800 rooms and states that the property is accepting reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. That first advertised stay date falls nine days before the Core-Mark arrival.
The Visit Indy connected-hotel roster carries the same building at 803 rooms and 235,000 square feet of meeting space, with a 50,000-square-foot ballroom. Both counts are published. At 800 rooms the property adds 11.27 percent to the venue footer's 7,100 downtown rooms.
Two nights at 1,500 come to 3,000 room nights. That is 42.25 percent of the 7,100 downtown rooms in the venue footer. The 1,500 attendees equal 31.91 percent of the 4,700 rooms the footer lists as skywalk-connected.
The front-office plan
The organiser's registration page carries the show-floor rule. It states that no one under the age of 21 is permitted on the show floor, under FDA rules on tobacco products. Registration runs through the organiser's portal with an assigned username and password.
