The published window

The organiser runs the show for the green industry. Its site names the Midwest Regional Turf Foundation and the Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association as the two not-for-profit organisations behind it. That site states that registration fees become a donation to both bodies if a registrant cannot attend.
Two nights inside a midweek window
A delegate covering the published window needs the nights of Monday February 8 and Tuesday February 9, then checks out on the Wednesday. Both nights fall on weekdays. The window carries no weekend night.

The organiser's hotel page names the Westin Indianapolis, 241 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204, as the headquarter hotel. The page places the property across the street from the Indiana Convention Center. Visit Indy's connected-hotel roster lists the Westin at 575 sleeping rooms and 42,500 square feet of meeting space.
The same page asks guests to stay in the headquarter hotel. It states that a stay there is important to the success of the overall event and each participating not-for-profit organisation.
The organiser's room-block link resolves to a Passkey page headed Indiana Green Expo 2026 and dated February 8 to February 11, 2026. The Westin is its only property. The page now reads "Reservations are closed." The 2026 cut-off moved to January 23, 2026.
What the rate record holds
The 2027 block rate and the 2027 cut-off are unpublished.

The venue's footer counts 4,700 downtown rooms on the skywalk network, 200 restaurants within walking distance of the Center and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport. Its skywalk page gives the closing and opening clock as event-dependent, with a rule of thumb of a lock-down near 11:00 p.m. and a reopening near 6:00 a.m.
