Two nights inside a Tuesday-to-Thursday window
The Indiana Convention Center lists the Henry Schein National Sales Meeting from 2 February to 4 February 2027 in Exhibit Hall A-B, at a forecast attendance of 2,000. February 2 is a Tuesday and February 4 is a Thursday. The window holds two midweek nights, Tuesday 2 February and Wednesday 3 February. The arrival lands on the Tuesday and the departure sits inside the Thursday.

The room base under the two nights
The venue footer counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 of them connected to the Center by skywalk. Its attendee hotels page states that more than half of downtown's 7,100-plus rooms sit within blocks of the Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. A forecast of 2,000 is 28.2 percent of the 7,100 figure and 42.6 percent of the 4,700 skywalk set.
New supply lands the day before the arrival. The venue news item of 21 April 2026 puts the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis at 800 rooms, accepting reservations for stays beginning 1 February 2027. Eight hundred rooms is 11.3 percent of the 7,100 downtown figure. Two other pages put the same building at 803 rooms: the venue expansion project page and the Visit Indy connected-hotels roster, which gives 803 rooms and 235,000 square feet of meeting space.
The rate base the front office can price against
Engine publishes an average nightly rate of $128 in Indianapolis across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Its month table reads $114 for January and $107 for February. May is the peak at $158. Engine states those are the cheapest publicly posted prices at the time of each search and not negotiated or booked rates.
No source publishes a group rate for this meeting. The venue page and the organiser's events site carry no block rate and no cut-off date.
The nights the Center's calendar leaves open
The Center's event feed, read over 20 January to 28 February 2027, returns 14 records. Six sit in January. The last January record, The Indianapolis Royal Weekend, holds Sunday 31 January, two days before the Tuesday arrival. The next booking behind the meeting opens Sunday 7 February with the Indiana Health and Safety Conference and Expo, three days after the meeting closes.

The two nights carry Tuesday and Wednesday coverage against a downtown base of 7,100 rooms. Engine's February rate of $107 sits 16 percent below the city average. Six January records sit ahead of the booking and seven February records sit behind it, and the group's first night falls one day after the Signia's published first stay date.
