The nights the calendar fixes
The American Society of Clinical Oncology holds its Genitourinary Cancers Symposium from 11 to 13 February 2027 at Moscone West in San Francisco. Two arrival shapes hold three nights. A Wednesday 10 February check-in with a Saturday 13 February checkout is three nights. A Thursday 11 February check-in with a Sunday 14 February checkout is three nights.
Exhibit hours run Thursday and Friday
Exhibits open on Thursday 11 February from 7:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and on Friday 12 February from 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. The published exhibit dates are 11 and 12 February. Saturday 13 February carries no exhibit hours. The programme continues on Saturday, and the last published Saturday session runs 1:45 to 3:00 p.m. Registration stays open through 3:00 p.m. Pacific time on Saturday 13 February.
The meal functions the fee carries
The in-person registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, three boxed lunches and two wine and cheese poster receptions. Breakfast opens at 7:00 a.m. on each of the three days. The boxed lunch runs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on each of the three days. The Thursday wine and cheese reception runs 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. The Friday reception runs 4:45 to 5:45 p.m.
Three consequences land on the rooms division.
Breakfast sits inside the meeting space at 7:00 a.m. on each of the three days. The hotel breakfast service opens earlier on 11, 12 and 13 February, or it loses those covers.
Boxed lunch sits inside the meeting space from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on all three days. The hotel restaurant carries light midday trade on those three dates.
The Thursday reception ends at 6:45 p.m. and the Friday reception ends at 5:45 p.m. Dinner demand arrives after those clocks. Saturday carries no reception, and its last function ends at 3:00 p.m.
The dates that fix the block
Hotel reservations and early registration close at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday 16 December 2026. That date sits 57 days before the Thursday open. The housing desk processes a later reservation on a space-available basis, and a higher rate may apply.
The rate includes complimentary internet access and complimentary fitness centre access. A hotel may charge more than two occupants in a room. Specific room types are not guaranteed. Taxes and fees are subject to change. Reservations run online only. The housing desk takes none by telephone, mail or fax. The card given at booking guarantees the room, and the card presented at check-in pays for it.
The change ladder is dated. Online changes and cancellations run through Wednesday 27 January 2027. Thursday 28 January 2027 allows no change or cancellation. From Friday 29 January 2027 the guest calls the hotel directly. A cancellation inside 72 hours of the arrival date carries a fee equal to one night's stay.
The volume to plan against
The 2026 edition drew 5,850 attendees. The organiser splits that base into 5,000 professional attendees, 620 exhibitors and 230 media and others. The professional group divides again into 4,200 with in-person plus online access and 800 online only. The online-only 800 do not travel, so three categories carry the room demand, and they total 5,050 people on the ground.
The United States leads the country list at 3,067 attendees.
Engine puts the San Francisco average nightly rate for a February stay at $166. Three nights at $166 totals $498.
