Ruby Puts Live Music in Its Bars and Lounges
Ruby Hotels has launched a live music series called Dive in with Ruby. The opening performance is a set by Sasha Keable at Ruby Zoe in Notting Hill on 24 September. Hospitality & Catering News reported the programme.
The series stages performances in the group's bars, lounges and other hotel spaces. London and Munich form the first two locations.
What the Programme Adds to the Ground Floor
Ruby Zoe opened on 4 July 2023 as the group's 16th hotel in Europe. The property holds 173 rooms across six floors, directly on Notting Hill Gate.
Ruby's opening release describes a 455-square-foot public area on the ground floor. That area holds the bar and a retail space with a vinyl store. Ruby states the records are curated by the group's resident artists and sold on site.
Ruby states the series builds on music already present across its hotels: in-room Marshall amplifiers, vinyl collections and music programming in the bars and lounges.
The Opening Act
Keable is an R&B singer-songwriter. She holds two 2026 MOBO Award nominations, for Best Female Act and Best R&B/Soul Act. Hospitality & Catering News records her BRIT Award nomination and her place on the BBC Radio 1 Sound of 2026 list.
The Second Date at Ruby Zoe
Keable curates a second event at the Notting Hill hotel on 30 September. Hospitality & Catering News reports that she selects an emerging artist for a secret set that evening.

Programming Beyond Music
Hospitality & Catering News reports that Ruby plans to extend the concept through live performances and programming across music, art, comedy and poetry.
Lauren Krostue, Vice President of Global Brand Management at Ruby Hotels, said every Ruby hotel is designed to be rooted in the culture of the location it sits in. Krostue said Ruby Zoe takes inspiration from the Caribbean beats of Notting Hill's carnival celebrations, and that music sits at the centre of the group's bars and lounges. She said the group turns its hotels into stages for emerging talent and gives guests a close view of a performer early in their career.
What Ruby Has Not Published
Ruby has not published the Munich venue, the Munich dates or the artist line-up beyond the two London dates. The group has not published the capacity of each session.
The group has not stated whether the series extends to its hotels outside London and Munich. Hospitality & Catering News reports that further performances and artist-curated sets are planned as the concept develops.
