What Changed Inside Loews Nashville
Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza has reopened its rooms, lobby and two restaurants after a propertywide renovation. Loews calls the spend multimillion-dollar.
Hotel Dive reported the completion on 15 October 2026. A final phase follows in January 2027.
The hotel stands at 2100 West End Avenue in Midtown, walkable to Vanderbilt University and Music Row, and a short ride from Broadway.
Hugh Anderson runs the property as general manager. “For more than 40 years, Loews Nashville has been a defining part of Music City hospitality,” he said in a statement. “This transformation builds on that legacy.”
The 341 Rooms
The hotel holds 341 guest rooms and suites, all reworked in this programme. The meetings page breaks that stock into four designer suites, six executive suites and two concierge floors with private access.
Studio DADO, a South Florida studio, designed the interiors. The rooms pair a neutral palette with modern furniture, lounge seating and upgraded vanities and showers. Music references run through the details.
Check-in starts at 4 PM and check-out ends at 11 AM.
The Lobby And The 53-Foot Chandelier
The lobby now reads as one open room. A staircase connects it to the mezzanine level.
A 53-foot-long sculptural chandelier hangs above the floor. Behind reception, a custom glass artwork shows brass instruments.
The room serves arrival, check-in and gathering for groups that block space upstairs.
Maisonette And Masons At West End
Maisonette Patisserie & Coffee serves daily from 6 AM to 6 PM. The cafe sells pastries baked each morning by the hotel’s pastry chef, Frothy Monkey coffee, savoury plates and goods to take away.
Masons at West End serves breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM, lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM and dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM. The bar runs from 2 PM to midnight. The hotel marks those hours subject to change.
Parts and Labor Design handled the Masons room, which carries a stage for live sets by Nashville artists.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House occupies a third dining room on site and serves dinner from 4:30 PM. In-room dining covers 7 AM to 10 PM.
The Ballroom Still To Come
The January 2027 phase rebuilds the Symphony Ballroom and its foyer and adds an outdoor lawn.
The ballroom carries 18-foot vaulted ceilings and five chandeliers. The hotel publishes a capacity of 1,500 people for the room, and 8,442 square feet as its largest venue. The release gives the refreshed ballroom at 8,500 square feet.
The lawn becomes the property’s largest dedicated outdoor gathering space. The release names weddings, community programming and seasonal events among its uses.
The hotel dates that work to January 2027. The ballroom stays in its current form until then.

Loews publishes no opening rate, no package and no date for the ballroom’s return. The renovation page tells readers more is on the way.
The company operates 26 hotels and resorts across the United States, per its website, and bases itself in New York City.
The property returns to a market with new supply. Westin Nashville finished a $13.5 million renovation of its rooms and meeting space, and the 245-room SongTeller Hotel opened in September 2026.
A booking placed now gets the 341 rooms, the lobby, Maisonette and Masons. The ballroom, the foyer and the lawn arrive in January 2027.
