Hilton Opens Registration for More Points to Play
Hilton has released the terms of More Points to Play, its fall 2026 global promotion. Registration is open. The earning window covers stays completed between 15 October and 31 December 2026.
The Two Earning Tiers
Hilton Honors members earn 3,000 bonus points per stay at eligible luxury, lifestyle, resort and all-inclusive properties. All other Hilton properties pay 1,000 bonus points per stay. The promotion sets no cap on the total bonus points a member can earn.
MileLion names Conrad Singapore Marina Bay, Conrad Singapore Orchard, Kromo Bangkok, Sukhothai Bangkok, DoubleTree Penang and the Conrad Koh Samui among the properties on the higher tier.
Registration and the Stay Rules
Members must register before completing an eligible stay. Frequent Miler quotes the offer terms, which set registration at hiltonhonors.com/MorePointstoPlay before a stay completes. A member who checks in before 15 October still earns the bonus when the stay completes on or after 15 October and by 31 December 2026. A stay that runs past 31 December 2026 earns nothing.
Hilton counts a stay as the total consecutive nights at one hotel. The promotion sets no minimum stay length. A one-night stay and a ten-night stay at one property earn the same bonus.
Bonus points do not count toward Hilton Honors elite status qualification. Points post six to eight weeks after a completed stay. The offer is not valid for groups and cannot be combined with certain other offers.
MileLion reports that the 15 October start leaves a two-month gap after the previous global promotion, which closed on 15 August 2026. Travel on Point(s) advises members to register even when they hold no Hilton stays in their plans, because registration is free and takes seconds.
US Credit Cards 101 records the bonus as calculated per stay and not per night, so a long consecutive run at one property receives the same bonus as a single night. MileLion reports that the promotion applies to award stays as well as paid stays.
Where the Points Land in Value
Travel on Point(s) values Hilton Honors points at 0.4 to 0.5 cents each, and puts 3,000 bonus points at roughly $12 to $15. US Credit Cards 101 uses about 0.5 cents per point, and puts 1,000 points near $5 and 3,000 points near $15.
The same bonus applies to a short stay and to a long stay at one property. Travel on Point(s) uses a one-night $150 resort stay and a five-night $3,000 resort stay as its examples. Both receive 3,000 bonus points, because Hilton counts the five consecutive nights as one stay.
The Eligible-Property Count
Travel on Point(s) counts more than 1,500 eligible hotels worldwide against almost 10,000 Hilton properties. That figure is the author's own arithmetic over Hilton's published eligible-property list. Hilton's offer page returns HTTP 403 to automated retrieval, so the list could not be read for this article.

One Mile at a Time records the previous Hilton promotion, More Nights More Points, as 2,000 bonus points on all stays and 4,000 bonus points on stays of four or more nights, listed through 15 August 2026.
How the Trade Read the Offer
Travel on Point(s) heads its piece "Snoozefest: Hilton's Fall Promotion Is Underwhelming". The assessment belongs to its author, Derrick Dye. The article states the promotion pays best on inexpensive one-night stays. It advises members to treat bonus points as an extra.
MileLion records the same 1,000-or-3,000 split, the same 15 October to 31 December window, the no-cap term and the inclusion of award stays. US Credit Cards 101 and Frequent Miler carry the same tier split and the same registration order.
What Stays Open
Two figures drive any value calculation. The first is the number of properties at the 3,000-point tier. The second is the cash value of a Hilton Honors point. Both sit outside the promotion's published terms.
Members who value points at a rate other than 0.4 to 0.5 cents will reach a different figure on the same stay.
