The Window and the Clocks
The WWETT Show runs February 22 to 25, 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center. The venue forecasts 14,000 attendees. Informa Markets runs a four-day conference from Monday and an expo hall open Tuesday to Thursday.
The organiser publishes both clocks. Conference hours run 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday. The expo hall runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday. Two closes land inside four and a half hours on Thursday, and the departure wave runs before noon.
The Four-Night Shape
The conference opens at 9 a.m. Monday. The expo hall opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday. A delegate who attends the Monday opening needs the Sunday night, so the conference track holds four nights from February 21 to 25. The expo track alone covers three nights from February 22.
The Gallery on the Gate's Read
onPeak runs the official housing, and the organiser names it the only endorsed hotel provider for the show. The attendee gallery returned 24 cards on September 24, 2026, and 23 of them carry an average nightly rate. The band runs from $169 at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis Dtn-Conv Ctr to $270 at Conrad Indianapolis. The 23 rates average $222.87. Distances run from 0.1 to 0.7 miles from the convention center.
A Sunday February 21 arrival turns the JW Marriott Indianapolis card unavailable at a listed $260. The gallery's own counter still reads 24 hotels displaying of 24 against the 23 rated cards.
Four nights at $169 reads $676. Four nights at $270 reads $1,080, and the spread between the two ends of the band is $404.
What the Nights Sit Against
The venue's own footer reports 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 connected by skywalk. The 14,000 forecast is 197.2 percent of the downtown count. Four nights at the forecast is 56,000 room nights, which is arithmetic on the venue's forecast and not a booked total.
The venue's feed for February 2027 returns eight dated records, and their forecasts total 28,650. WWETT is the largest at 14,000, or 48.9 percent of the month. The AFCA convention runs February 14 to 16 at a 7,000 forecast, and WWETT opens six days after that convention closes.
What the Organiser Does Not Publish
The organiser states that rates booked through onPeak "typically average 30% less" than other travel sites. The gallery shows no service fee and no cut-off date. The venue's event page carries no hall assignment for the show.

The Shape of the Week
Two nights ahead of the expo opening carry the first arrivals, and the expo nights carry the floor. The conference closes at 11 a.m. Thursday February 25, and the expo hall closes two hours later at 1 p.m. The show's departure wave lands inside that span.
