Buffalo Lodging Associates announced completed renovation work at the four-storey Homewood Suites by Hilton Holyoke, a 114-suite extended-stay property at 375 Whitney Avenue in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Holyoke is the third renovation announcement in the operator’s summer run. The Hilton Garden Inn Wayne carries 21 August 2026 on a four-storey, 125-room property at 15 Nevins Road. Each post follows one format: completed guest rooms and public spaces, a location line, and no figures.
An operator reading the run gets a portfolio refresh schedule and a disclosure pattern. None of the three posts carries a cost, a construction window or an opening date.
The room product and the amenity set
The release leads on the lobby and the public spaces, on a palette of blue and neutral tones, with updated furnishings and seating areas. Each suite carries new furniture, new carpeting, wall coverings, artwork and renovated bathrooms.
The amenity list runs to a complimentary hot breakfast, a 24-hour fitness centre, an indoor heated pool, a whirlpool spa, complimentary Wi-Fi and ergonomic work spaces. Barbecue grills, a Suite Shop and pet-friendly rooms complete it. The property runs a complimentary evening reception with drinks and light bites on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A self-serve PourMyBeer station sells beer and wine by the ounce.
