The Partner Line
The event's venue and accommodation page names JW Marriott Marquis Miami as Official Hospitality Partner. The line under it reads: "Secure your premium accommodations with our official hospitality partner, JW Marriott, and unlock exclusive preferred rates for your stay". A Book Now button opens a Passkey page under the event name TIME TO DRIVE.
What the Block Publishes

A guest who calls today asking for the Time To Drive rate has no number to set against the flexible Marriott rate. Confirm inventory and price on +1 305-421-8600 before promising either.
The Four Zones
The FAQ recommends four areas: Wynwood, the Miami Design District, Downtown Miami and Brickell. The partner hotel sits in Brickell, at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Wynwood holds the venue, so a guest booked inside that district walks to the gate.
From the partner hotel the drive is 2.73 miles and 7.3 minutes on the road network. Treat that as a floor on open roads. The Saturday morning corridor into Wynwood carries festival traffic on top.
The FAQ tells out-of-town guests to book early and names the reason: Miami is a popular destination during the fall season. It also says hospitality recommendations and official hotel partner offers will be shared through the event website and official channels.
Building the Saturday Shift
A 10:00 door puts the arrival curve between 9:15 and 10:15. A guest leaving the Marquis at 9:15 covers 2.73 miles inside the routing time and reaches the gate before it opens.
The bag rule shapes the lobby conversation: one clear bag no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one clutch no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches, no backpacks, no camera bags and no luggage. The ticket lives in the 0260 app. Re-entry is refused.
The day runs 10:00 to 19:30 with no exit and no return. A guest inside the building eats lunch and an early dinner at the venue. Put hotel food and beverage on breakfast and the late evening. Set the late cover after 19:30, when the doors release the crowd.
The 7:00 Sunday Gate
Cars & Coffee opens the earliest door of the weekend. A 7:00 gate asks for a 6:15 lobby presence for car-club guests and VVIP holders. From the Marquis that is a 6:30 departure on the measured routing. Breakfast opens before 6:15, or the guest leaves without it.
VVIP admission includes Sunday Cars & Coffee, the 0260 ClubHaus, premium food and beverage, exclusive programming, meet and greets, and every panel and podcast recording.
The Friday Event
Driver's Seat runs 6 November at The Concours Club from 5:30 p.m. Registration is open to eligible VVIP guests through the app, first come, and limited to 150 guests. The block opens on 5 November, one day before that session.
What to Ask Before Quoting
Four questions settle the rate story at the desk. Does the preferred rate beat the flexible rate for the same nights. Does it include breakfast. Does it cover a 5 November arrival and a 9 November departure. What is the cancellation term. The block page publishes none of the four.
Event tickets are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Children under 15 enter free with a ticketed adult.
