Two nights on the calendar
The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs Wednesday 4 November and Thursday 5 November 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street, Miami, FL 33127. The organiser's FAQ publishes doors at 10am and a 5pm close on both days.
A guest who works both days books the nights of 4 and 5 November and checks out on Friday 6 November. The organiser publishes 6,000-plus attendees across the two days.
Four hotels, one ride line
The organiser's travel page carries a booking link for each of four hotels: AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. The page places all four within a 15-minute ride of Mana Wynwood.
The Arlo Wynwood link opens the hotel's booking engine on a 3 November arrival and a 6 November departure under group code TheRealDeal2026. That is three nights. The Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay link opens Marriott's reservation system and prints no window on the page the desk can read. Read the window on each link before a guest books against it.
The 9am release
Power Breakfast doors open at 9am at Mana 320 on both days. The discussion starts at 9:30am. The expo floor opens at 10am. Mana 320 sits across the parking lot from the convention center.
A Power Breakfast seat comes with an All-Access pass. It sells as a $100 add-on per day to a General Admission, VIP or Subscriber pass. Build the 9am list from named holders.
The capture
08:30. Stage the driveway. The venue lot holds 240 vehicles inside a 400-plus space count that includes ADA bays. Two entrances serve the site: NW 23rd Street between NW 5th Avenue and NW 2nd Avenue, and NW 2nd Avenue between NW 23rd Street and NW 22nd Street. Parking runs $10 to $50 by day of the week, paid on entry with a limited duration. The venue page says the lot fills and recommends rideshare.
08:45. Walk the breakfast room with the All-Access and add-on list. Those guests take the first vehicles out.
09:00. Run the capture. Ask each departing guest for the day's return clock and for the pass they hold. Write the answer on the arrival sheet before the guest clears the door.
09:00. Answer the ticket question once. General admission costs $300 on site and $275 in advance through 3 November. VIP runs $425 on site against $400 in advance. All-Access holds $800 in every window. A Subscriber pass costs $100 to an active annual subscriber and $150 on site. A one-day pass exists for Day 2 only, and the organiser publishes no price for it. On-site tickets sell through the registration site.
Both nights carry an event
The Top Agents and Brokerages Reception runs at Mana 320 from 4pm to 5pm on Wednesday. It comes with an All-Access pass and sells as a $75 add-on to General Admission, VIP and Subscriber holders.
The registration table gives All-Access holders one after-party invitation for 4 November and one for 5 November. The schedule grid lists the All-Access Afterparty at Mana 320 from 6pm. Confirm with the organiser which evening each invitation covers before a guest books a private dinner.
The expo floor closes at 5pm both days. The venue sits 7.1 miles from Miami International Airport. Order the evening vehicles against that run.
Two clusters
Moxy Miami Wynwood and Arlo Wynwood carry the district in their names. AC Hotel Miami Brickell and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay sit in their own neighbourhoods. Build the vehicle order by cluster and run each cluster as its own dispatch.
Room demand sits on the nights of 4 and 5 November. A Tuesday 3 November arrival adds a third night and puts the guest at Mana 320 for the 9am Power Breakfast on Day 1.
Dates that fix the booking
Registration carries a refund ladder. A cancellation 28 days or more before the event returns 90 percent of the fee. From 14 to 27 days out the refund is 50 percent. Inside 14 days the organiser issues no refund. Counted from 4 November, the no-refund line falls on 21 October.
The organiser publishes a $200 general admission rate for ten or more registered at one time. The discount applies at checkout.
Three airports serve the block: Miami International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International and Palm Beach International. United Airlines and Delta Air Lines publish discount links through the organiser's travel page.

One written answer on the ticket route, with the registration site named.
