Coffee Festival Fills Fort Mason's 50,000 sq ft Pavilion for Two Days

The San Francisco Coffee Festival runs two ticketed sessions on 7 and 8 November at Fort Mason's Festival Pavilion, with a 30-minute Service Break at 1pm and no official 2026 hotel partner named.

Two days at the Festival Pavilion

The San Francisco Coffee Festival runs Saturday 7 November and Sunday 8 November 2026 at the Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture Festival Pavilion, 2 Marina Boulevard. The organiser is Craft Hospitality LLC. The organiser's About page calls this the 10th annual edition and describes the festival as the official kickoff to the 10th Annual SF Coffee Week.

Tickets run through Eventbrite, and the organiser's phone line for tickets is tickets@crafthospitality.com.

Two sessions a day, one clock for both days

The organiser publishes a single session clock for the weekend. On each day, Session 1 Early Admission runs 9am to 10am and Session 1 General Admission runs 10am to 1pm. A Service Break follows. Session 2 General Admission runs 1:30pm to 4:30pm.

The Service Break is 30 minutes, from 1pm to 1:30pm. The organiser also states that all service stops 15 minutes before the end of each session time.

An Early Admission ticket includes the General Admission window on the same day. The two ticket types differ in nothing else per session.

What the Service Break does to the room

Only All Day passholders stay inside during the Service Break. The organiser states that All Day passholders hold in-and-out privileges and the exclusive opportunity to remain inside the venue during the break between the two sessions. The organiser asks that roasters be afforded that break as a rest between the two sessions, and directs attendees to the food trucks outside.

The published clock puts the only interior gap in either day between 1pm and 1:30pm.

What the ticketing record carries

The Eventbrite record's structured data dates the weekend from 9:00 a.m. on 7 November to 4:30 p.m. on 8 November and puts the price range at $31.65 to $109.24. The same record prints the venue address as 2 Marina Boulevard with the postal code 94109, and names Craft Hospitality LLC as the organiser.

The organiser's own ticket terms carry four clauses worth reading at the desk. A pass is valid for the event date purchased and only the session purchased. A pass must be redeemed on the event date between the session times purchased, and otherwise it is forfeited. Transfer of session times sits at the organiser's discretion and is never permitted within 48 hours of event start. The offer is final sale and nonrefundable, and the event is indoors and goes on regardless of weather.

Capacity drives the entry rule. The organiser states that each entry requires a ticket, including for a non-coffee-drinker, and that children under 13 do not need one but must be accompanied by an adult. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any individual.

The pavilion holds 3,840

Fort Mason Center's own venue page describes the Festival Pavilion. The page gives it 50,000 square feet, a maximum capacity of 3,840, a theatre capacity of 2,000, a banquet capacity of 1,000 and space for 180 standard 10 by 10 booths. It also carries a VIP mezzanine and direct vehicle access for load-in.

The pavilion extends over San Francisco Bay. The campus covers 13 acres, lists 11 venue options from 500 to 50,000 square feet, and holds more than 100,000 square feet of event space.

No hotel partner is named for 2026

The organiser's About page carries one line on lodging. It reads: We're looking for an official hotel partner for 2026, and will update the information here. That line is the only mention of a hotel across the festival pages read.

The venue's directions page publishes the access facts. The campus entrance sits off Marina Boulevard at Buchanan Street. Muni lines 28, 30, 30X, 43 and 49 serve the campus, and Golden Gate Transit stops at Lombard and Fillmore. Parking is paid, fees run 7am to midnight daily, and overnight parking is not permitted. Event-day parking runs from $6 for the first hour to $30 for four hours or more.

The campus address prints as 94123 on Fort Mason's own pages and as 94109 on the Eventbrite record.

What runs inside the two sessions

The Coffee Convos learning sessions sit inside the sessions on both days. Saturday Session 1 carries talks at 10:15 to 11am, 11:15 to 11:45am and 12 to 12:30pm. Saturday Session 2 carries talks at 1:45 to 2:15pm, 2:30 to 3:15pm and 3:30 to 4pm. Sunday Session 2 closes with a 3:30 to 4:15pm talk.

The entertainment runs by day and by session. Saturday Session 1 lists Jermaine and Saturday Session 2 lists Mae Powell. Sunday Session 1 lists Tom Quell and Liv Belda, and Sunday Session 2 lists Top Chefs and Kelsey Kindall.

The roasters page lists its roasters as logo cards under an AND MORE! Announcing More Soon block, and carries a line that roasters are subject to change depending on availability.

The citywide rate basis for that weekend

Engine puts San Francisco at $165 a night across 3.1M public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Its November column reads $147, which the page labels 11 percent below the city's average, against $176 for October and $129 for December. The page ranks the city 18 of 50 markets and 11 percent above the $148 median. Engine defines those figures as par rates, the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search.
