Three Clocks at the Convention Center
Functional Fabric Fair runs at the Oregon Convention Center from 26 to 28 October 2026. The venue calendar lists 27 and 28 October in Halls B-C-D-E. Monday 26 October is the Day 0 OIA Catalyst Conference, from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. Tuesday runs 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Wednesday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The three days carry 24.5 floor hours. The two show days carry 17.
Entry is free to verified buyers, and registration is required.
The Nights the Stay Needs
An 8:00 am Monday start puts the first night on Sunday 25 October. A delegate landing on Monday morning reaches the Day 0 session after it opens.
Tuesday morning holds the Monday night and Wednesday morning holds the Tuesday night. A delegate leaving after the Wednesday 5:00 pm close holds a third night, and a Thursday flight holds a fourth.
The Block Closed on 1 October
The organiser's hotel page names Connections Housing as the official housing company and sets 1 October 2026 as the reservation deadline. That date sits 25 days before the Monday open.
The page carries four terms. Group-rate rooms are limited and sold first come, first served. Official hotels will not honor direct reservations. No contract is required for exhibitor or group bookings. The housing company charges no advance deposit.
A party needing 10 or more rooms goes through a room block request form. The housing line runs 702-476-6976.
The housing site now reads that it is closed to reservations, and routes callers to a contact centre on 702-329-1211, Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific. A delegate needing a room over the weekend before the Monday open holds no phone route until Monday morning.
No Rate on Any Page
The organiser's page and the housing site print no rate, no room count and no property roster. The organiser promises rate assurance in place of a number.
From 1 October the stay prices on the open market.
What the Building Holds That Week
The venue's October calendar carries four bookings. OPMA runs 22 to 24 October in F150-151. Functional Fabric Fair runs 27 and 28 October in Halls B-C-D-E. ZERO to THREE opens 28 October and runs to 29 October in Hall A. CANVAS opens 30 October and runs to 4 November in Halls A1-B-C.
Wednesday 28 October carries two bookings, the fair's close and the ZERO to THREE opening. Monday 26 October carries the fair alone.
What the Building Withholds
The venue's Eat Now page lists eight outlets closed on Tuesday 27 and on Wednesday 28 October. The list covers Stir Bistro and Lounge, Ginkoberry Marketplace, Port Strata, Portland Coffee Roasters II, Skyview Lounge and Crescent Collective, plus both food-truck plazas.
The garage holds 800 spaces. Parking runs $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privilege, and a dynamic $15 to $25 at event entry. Overnight parking is prohibited, and the garage opens at 6:00 am.
The Read for a Revenue Desk
Midweek rates hold through this week. Sunday 25 October carries one published reason to hold rate, which is the Monday 8:00 am start. Monday holds the Day 0 cohort and the exhibitor build. Tuesday adds the show floor. Wednesday holds the fair's close beside a second show's opening in the same building.
Wednesday carries two bookings and Sunday carries one. Wednesday is the tight night of the four.
The block closed 25 days before arrival, so the pickup for this week sits in the late-booking window and prices at the market rate. Take the Sunday on a group and hold rate from Monday.
