The Four Nights And The Clock That Sets Them
PASIC runs November 11 to 14, 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center. The venue publisher forecasts 5,200 attendees. The organiser's home page counts more than 7,800 percussionists at PASIC50, the 2025 edition. The two numbers carry two publishers and measure two editions.
Four nights cover the convention: Wednesday 11, Thursday 12, Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November. Departure falls on Sunday 15.
The organiser publishes its own service grid. Registration runs 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. The Expo Hall runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The Saturday 8:00 AM desk and the 9:00 AM hall hold the Saturday night. The four-day badge covers all four days by its published terms.
Concerts run on all four nights. Joy Lapps and Larnell Lewis play the Mainstage at 8:00 PM Wednesday. The Ju Percussion Group plays its 40th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, Michael Burritt and the Burritt Percussion Group play Friday, and Sheila E. closes at 6:00 PM Saturday.
The Late Wednesday
Wednesday carries one published function: the 8:00 PM concert. Registration opens at 5:00 PM and closes at 9:00 PM.
Arrivals for that desk land after the standard afternoon housekeeping window. The front desk carries the peak on its own. Rota the desk to the published 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM window.
The one-day badge covers Thursday to Saturday. A Wednesday-only attendee buys a Combo Ticket at $50 for two single sessions and an expo wristband, or an Expo Hall Wristband at $25.
The four-day badge costs $300 for a member, $350 for a non-member and $235 for a student member. Online registration closes 29 October. On-site four-day badges cost $250 for a student and $400 for a non-student.
The Block And Its Clock
The organiser's official housing runs through MCI USA and the Passkey booking site. The block covers 16 properties. Published rates run from $158 at the Staybridge Suites to $252 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The five skywalk properties run $207 to $252 on the same read: Hyatt Regency $207, The Westin Indianapolis $215, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown $242, Embassy Suites $244 and JW Marriott $252.
Passkey applies 17 percent tax to the rates. The Hyatt Regency adds a $1 Downtown District Fee per night plus tax on it.
The block closes 2 November 2026 at 15 of the 16 properties. The Westin Indianapolis closes 11 November. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice to avoid a one-night room and tax charge.
The nearest properties sit close to the hall. Passkey measures The Westin Indianapolis at 0.03 miles from the event, the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown at 0.07, the JW Marriott Indianapolis at 0.12, and Embassy Suites and the Hyatt Regency at 0.18 each.
The Tuesday-Night Shoulder
Passkey takes check-in dates from 8 November at six of the properties and from 9 November at the other ten. Those nights sit ahead of the Wednesday open.
Tuesday 10 November is contested. The venue's event calendar lists the IU Health Leadership Development Institute at 2,200 that day in Exhibit Hall G-H.
The block rate holds flat across the window. A Tuesday night sold inside the block returns the same $158 to $252 as a convention night. Hold the Tuesday night for the pre-arrival segment. A guest who books Tuesday is a guest in house for the 5:00 PM Wednesday desk.
The Saturday Night Inside Its Week
Saturday 14 November is the group's fourth night. The venue's event calendar lists no other meeting at the Center that day.
The same calendar fills the surrounding November. The National Science Teaching Association Fall Convention closes on 7 November with a 4,000 forecast. The Monumental Health and Fitness Expo takes Exhibit Hall A-B on 6 November with a 20,000 forecast. The Midwest Healthcare Engineering Conference closes on 10 November. The ASHA Annual Convention opens on 19 November with 13,500.
Downtown holds 7,100 rooms and 4,700 skywalk-connected rooms, on the venue footer. A 5,200 forecast fills 73.24 percent of the downtown count.
At The Westin's $215 block rate, 5,200 room nights return $1,118,000 before tax.
The Recurrence
The organiser dates the next two editions. PASIC returns to Indianapolis from 10 to 13 November 2027 and 8 to 11 November 2028. Wednesday to Saturday holds in both windows.
The four nights are fixed. The first night opens at a 5:00 PM desk, the last night sits inside a November the calendar already fills, and a flat block rate covers the Tuesday before both.
