Two-day events at the Oregon Convention Center put a guest in the building on the afternoon of day one and again on the morning of day two. One room-night covers both, and the venue's published terms decide what the desk adds to the rate.
The garage sets the first line
The underground garage holds 800 spaces and generally opens at 6:00 a.m. Entry runs through NE Lloyd Boulevard on P1 or NE First Avenue on P2, with 7 feet of clearance on P1 and 9 feet on P2.
A standard entry costs $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privileges. Event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 at the gate. The drive-through booths take credit and debit cards and touchless payment, and the building runs cashless.
One published term sets the room quote. Overnight parking is prohibited. A guest attending sessions on two consecutive days parks at the venue each day and needs the property's own bay for the night between them.
The night between two sessions
A guest who pays the event gate twice spends $30 to $50 and still needs somewhere to leave the car after day one closes. Price the overnight bay beside the room rate and the guest arrives with the total known.
Bags after the room is released
A guest who releases the room before the second morning returns to the desk for luggage. Offer a checkout hour at noon or later, or a bag hold, and write the agreed hour onto the confirmation.
The venue rents short-term lockers through LocketGo at three points inside the building: the MLK Lobby, the Holladay Lobby and the Ginkoberry Concourse. A locker is reserved on a mobile device with a credit card, and the salmon-coloured doors make the direction easy at the door.
Breakfast against the door time
The second session opens in the morning. Confirm the breakfast hour at booking and set it against the door time the guest names. A service that opens 30 minutes before the door leaves the guest no walk time between the table and the hall.
Mobility equipment, booked ahead
The venue lends wheelchairs and mobility scooters free of charge, first come at the welcome desk in the MLK Lobby, or by reservation up to 30 days before the event. A reservation needs photo identification at collection, is cancelled when the guest has not collected within an hour of the booked time, and runs one booking only.
A two-day visit needs a separate reservation for each day. Take both in one call and the second morning loses its queue.
Accessible parking
Ten accessible spaces sit on P1 and 11 sit on P2, both first come. P2 carries 9 feet of clearance for adapted vehicles.
The transit line for the directions sheet
TriMet MAX light rail stops near the front door. The Portland Streetcar A Loop arrives at NE MLK and Hoyt every 15 minutes, and TriMet bus line 6 stops at NE MLK and Holladay beside the Holladay and MLK entrances.
Five lines at booking
Name the two session days. Quote the overnight bay beside the room. Write the checkout hour or the bag hold onto the confirmation. Confirm the breakfast hour against the door time. Book the mobility reservation for each day.
Each line rests on a published venue term. Give them together and the guest's spend is settled before arrival.
