The Miami Gun Show takes the Miami-Dade Fairgrounds on 7 and 8 November 2026. The floor fills the grounds at 10901 SW 24th St. The organiser publishes two setup windows, and the first one runs six hours.
Both windows decide the front desk’s week. The second one decides Saturday morning.
Friday setup runs wide
Vendor setup runs Friday 6 November from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. That is 360 minutes, opening in the early afternoon.
A desk that staffs Friday setup as a single six o’clock spike will cover the wrong hour. The arrivals spread across the afternoon and into the evening, so the staffing case is a long afternoon.
Ninety minutes on Saturday morning
The second window runs 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Saturday 7 November. It closes 30 minutes before the 9:00 a.m. gate.
That 30-minute margin is the tightest figure in the organiser’s document. A guest asking whether a Saturday arrival works is asking about it. The tablecloth goes down half an hour before the doors.
Table count does not size the rooming list
Florida Gun Shows lists Miami at 500 tables. Standard tables are 8 feet, priced at $130 for an aisle position and $140 against a wall, and the organiser does not guarantee a wall.
Badges run two for the first table and one for each additional table. A vendor holding two tables brings three people at most. The vendor count on a 500-table floor does not follow from the table count.
Build the rooming list from the vendor’s own badge order. The floor plan will not give it to you.
Saturday carries the compelled night
The organiser requires every vendor at the show both days. Leaving early, or missing a day, is not allowed without prior notice and the consent of show management.
That rule fixes Saturday night for every vendor on the floor, including the ones who live in Miami. Saturday runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday runs 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Seventeen hours sit between the Saturday close and the Sunday gate.
Friday night carries no equivalent obligation. A local vendor can skip Friday and take the 90-minute Saturday window. Saturday night has no such way out.
Sunday releases the floor
The organiser runs a 24-hour armed and licensed security force from Friday setup through Sunday evening teardown. Teardown falls on Sunday evening, and the show closes at 5:00 p.m. that day.
A Sunday room night is discretionary on this calendar. Expect departures and plan the checkout before the Sunday gate.
A one-day ticket adds no night
Admission is $17.00 and sells at the door only. The organiser offers no advance sales, and a ticket covers one day. Children 12 and under enter free.
A one-day door ticket builds no second night from the attendee side. The overnight guest here is a vendor.
Four concealed weapons classes run across the weekend, at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on each day. They keep a guest in the building through midday and add no night to the stay.
The cancellation ladder as a booking signal
Cancellations reach the organiser free of charge two weeks before the show. Inside two weeks the fee is 50 percent of table fees. On the Friday or Saturday of the show it is the full 100 percent.
A no-call no-show is charged 100 percent and forfeits the rolling deposit on file. A vendor inside that window is committed. A Friday call asking to cancel is no reason to release a room.

The airport-west cluster carries DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral, Residence Inn Miami Northwest, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express Doral, La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West, Home2 Suites by Hilton Miami Doral West Airport and Sonesta Simply Suites Doral.
Miami International sits 8.5 miles and 19 minutes from the grounds by road on the OSRM driving route, read 23 October 2026. A vendor flying in lands inside the band the desk already covers.
Price the two nights apart
Friday carries the check-in wave. Saturday carries the compelled night. Sunday releases.
Keep them in separate brackets. A Friday room is a convenience a local vendor can decline. A Saturday room is the condition of trading on Sunday, and it should hold its own rate through the weekend.
