Sunday holds one published window
Registration for the 77th ISBA/IAPSS Fall Conference runs Sunday, 4 October 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center. The venue forecasts 1,000 attendees, and the organiser's exhibit-hall page counts more than 1,000 school officials across Indiana.
That single four-hour window sets the arrival shape. The registration desk closes at 2:00 p.m., so delegates reach hotel front desks from mid-afternoon into the evening. Breakfast is the hotel's shift

Monday carries the weight
Monday runs a two-hour general session, three clinic blocks and a two-hour lunch. The clinic blocks are 11:00 a.m. to noon, 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Lunch runs noon to 2:00 p.m. and is the only meal function the conference publishes.
Monday also carries the exhibit hall. The organiser publishes the floor for 5 October only and states that it is sold out, with a waitlist held by the association. The reset budget is small
Five clinic blocks run across the two days, three on Monday and two on Tuesday, beside one general session each morning. The published grid leaves three fifteen-minute windows and one thirty-minute window: 10:45 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, then 9:45 to 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 to 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday.

Tuesday's general session runs 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Clinics run 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. A delegate who registered Sunday, attended Monday and sat through Tuesday morning has spent two nights in the house, on the nights of 4 and 5 October.
Checkout stacks into that window, so hold the late-morning bell carts for the board parties with a bus to meet.
No block is published for this group
The conference page and the exhibit-hall page carry no hotel line, no rate and no cut-off date for this conference. Bookings arrive through open channels, so the front desk sees individual reservations and no group manifest.

The week is shared

Registration is $375 per person. ISBA and IAPSS publish two board discounts. Code 5AND1TEAM takes $90 off a five-member board travelling with one superintendent. Code 7AND1TEAM takes $120 off a seven-member board with one superintendent. Both discounts work out to $15 a head.
Those codes are the published evidence of how this group books. A board arrives as one party, so rooms belong in one pre-block with one billing reference.
What the desk should hold
