Three Days, One Venue, Two Clocks
CoreWeave Fully Connected 2026 runs September 29 to October 1 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. The organiser dates it September 29 to October 1, 2026 and names the room as Moscone South. The venue's own events feed carries the same three days. The organiser publishes 2,000 or more AI leaders and engineers across three curated tracks, more than 30 breakout sessions and more than four hands-on labs.
The grid is a Tuesday arrival day followed by two main days. Three clocks matter to a front office: the arrival window, the 9:00 AM door and the noon lunch. Each is published to the hour.
The Arrival Day Owns The Front Desk
Tuesday September 29 is the arrival day, labelled Welcome Pioneers on the organiser's agenda. Guest arrival and registration runs 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The same day carries lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and a welcome reception from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Pioneer Pavilion.
Two published windows share one clock. Registration opens at noon and the day's lunch service opens at noon. Registration closes at 7:00 PM and the welcome reception runs to 7:00 PM. A seven-hour check-in window therefore starts in the same hour the noon cover begins and ends in the same hour the reception clears.
That is the crush to roster for. Tuesday afternoon is the heaviest window on this event. The arrival and registration block is the only multi-hour guest-facing window the organiser publishes.
The 9:00 AM House Count
Doors open at 9:00 AM on both main days, Wednesday September 30 and Thursday October 1. Each door window runs a single hour, to 10:00 AM, and the keynote or main stage opens at 10:00 AM. Breakouts, tracks and hands-on labs run to 5:00 PM.
A house count at 9:00 AM on those two mornings is the count that leaves the building within the hour. Whatever the desk counts at nine is the number it staffs housekeeping and the outlet against.
The Noon Hour On All Three Days
Lunch is published at 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on all three days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On both main days the noon hour lands where the morning block ends. The opening keynote closes at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, the main stage closes at 12:00 PM on Thursday, and the lunch window opens in the same minute. On the arrival day the noon hour lands on the registration opening instead.
Food service at the venue is exclusive. Moscone's own catering page states that Legends Global is the exclusive provider of food service at the Moscone Center and on the surrounding streets when closed in conjunction with an event. Registration includes meals and refreshments throughout. The noon hour is the one fixed cover window the grid gives a desk on every day of the run.
Two Of The Three Nights Run To 10:00 PM
The evening blocks extend past the session day. Wednesday closes with an evening event from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Thursday closes with a headliner concert from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Sessions end at 5:00 PM both days. That leaves Wednesday a gap from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and Thursday one from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Wednesday 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Thursday 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM are the two published late windows. Tuesday's reception ends at 7:00 PM, so the arrival night releases earlier than the other two.
No Property And No Rate Publish In The Block
The organiser's FAQ answers the hotel question without naming a hotel. It reads: As you register for the event you will have the option to select a hotel room from the room block. Once completing registration we will send you a confirmation for your ticket. You can expect a hotel confirmation in the coming weeks.
No property name, no rate and no cut-off date publishes on the pages read. Registration opened August 30, early-bird pricing ended August 29, standard pricing is $899, and the organiser states it expects the event to sell out. A revenue manager cannot build a comp set from it.
The district publishes one instead. The Yerba Buena Partnership lists eleven properties with street addresses. Straight-line distances from Moscone South put eight of the eleven inside 400 metres. W San Francisco at 181 3rd Street and Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa at 250 4th Street sit nearest. Hotel Zetta San Francisco at 55 5th Street sits farthest of the eleven.
What The Date Is Worth
Engine puts San Francisco at $165 a night across 3.1 million par-rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. September sits at $192, 16 percent above the city average. The AHLA and CHLA Oxford Economics release of June 25, 2026 puts hotel-generated impact in the city above $12 billion for 2025, about $900 of citywide spending behind each room night, and ADR at 92 percent of 2019 with a forecast of 98 percent for 2026.
The same three days carry a second event. The AI Conference 2026 runs the identical window at Pier 48 on the Mission Rock waterfront, and publishes more than 5,500 builders, researchers and leaders across its two-day main conference. Moscone's own calendar shows Dreamforce on September 15 to 17, the NPH Affordable Housing Conference at Moscone South on September 24, and SEMICON West with TechCrunch Disrupt on October 13 to 15.
Getting Them In And Out
Moscone South sits in SoMa. The venue's directions page routes BART and Muni Metro to Montgomery station for Moscone North and South, and states the Moscone Center has no on-site parking. The same page names Caltrain at 4th and Townsend Streets.
The conference closes Thursday October 1, with the final evening block running to 10:00 PM. Check-out on Friday October 2 is the last operational window of the run.
