Three 10 a.m. Gates and One Five O'Clock Monday

Six partner hotels face the same three festival days. The desk plan turns on the bag hold, the afternoon room release and Monday's 5 p.m. close.

Three gate mornings

The 63rd Coconut Grove Arts Festival runs Saturday 13, Sunday 14 and Monday 15 February 2027 along McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive. The gate opens at 10 a.m. on all three days. Saturday and Sunday close at 6 p.m., and Monday closes at 5 p.m.

Six partners, one gate

The accommodations page lists six preferred hotel partners: The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, The Mutiny, Mr C Coconut Grove, Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, Arya Hotel & Suites and Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove. The page describes each as steps or minutes from the grounds.

Arya publishes a 24-hour in-and-out valet at $39 a day plus applicable taxes for hotel guests, from 2889 McFarlane Road.

What the gate refuses

Bags 12 by 12 inches and smaller pass. Larger bags stop at the gate, along with outside food and drink, glass, cans, chairs of any kind, tents, large umbrellas, shade structures and wagons, with a stroller exception for a child.

A guest who reaches the gate at 10 a.m. with a larger bag needs the desk to take it. That answer belongs on the pre-arrival message, before the first Saturday bus.

Three arrival days, three jobs

Friday 12 February carries the guests who want the first gate. No festival clock sits on that arrival, so the desk's work is a room ready before the evening wave and a walking time to the grounds on the key card.

Saturday 13 February carries two waves: a bag drop before 10 a.m., and a room release through the afternoon.

Sunday 14 February repeats the Saturday shape on the middle day of a three-day run.

The turn

An 11 a.m. checkout against a 4 p.m. room release leaves five hours to clean and turn each room on the two full festival days. A late-checkout request lands inside that window, and its charge belongs on the confirmation at booking.

Monday's seven hours

The Monday gate opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m., seven hours against eight on the two days before it. A guest on an 11 a.m. checkout keeps one of those hours.

Monday's instrument is a priced hold to 5 p.m., named on the confirmation with the charge beside it. A hold sold at booking turns the early departure into revenue the desk can count.

Where the fence holds

The middle night is Saturday 13 February. A guest who books that night alone arrives after the first gate opens and leaves at 11 a.m. on the second day.

Put the fence on the Saturday arrival as a two-night minimum. A Friday-to-Sunday pair clears it, and a Saturday-to-Monday pair clears it. A standalone Saturday night prices at a premium with the restriction written into the rate plan.

All six partners face the same three festival days. The desk wins the booking on the arrival it can serve.

The instruments to publish

Publish a bag hold from 9 a.m. on all three days, one hour before the gate. Give the hold to the person who also runs the room release, and write the hour on the confirmation.

The festival's parking guidance names garages, on-street meters and private lots with no rate and no location. Its driving note calls I-95 southbound at Exit 1A the congested turn and recommends 836 West and then 27th Avenue south. It points drivers to the 511 traveller information line, and rideshare riders to the destination name Coconut Grove Arts Festival.

Terms to confirm with each partner

The accommodations page names the six partners and publishes no rate for the three nights. Take the check-in hour, the check-out hour, the bag-hold charge and the cancellation term from each property in writing before 13 February, and put the four on the rate plan.

The board for three days

Friday: rooms ready before the evening wave. Saturday: bag hold from 9 a.m., room release through the afternoon, the five-hour turn protected. Sunday: the same board, with the Monday hold offered at booking. Monday: the priced hold to 5 p.m. and a checkout queue that clears before the last gate closes.
