Spectrum Miami runs 2 to 6 December 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center. The fair publishes one preview evening and four show days. That shape decides the room nights.
The clocks that fix the nights
The VIP and press preview runs Wednesday 2 December from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The opening night preview runs the same evening from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A guest must be 21 or accompanied by an adult to enter that evening.
Show hours run noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sunday runs noon to 6 p.m.
A Wednesday arrival and a Sunday checkout hold four nights. The guest covers the preview, three eight-hour floor days and a Sunday morning. Sunday carries six hours after checkout. The fifth night, 6 December, keeps the room to the 6 p.m. close. A rate fence decides which shape the booking carries.
One ticket admits the guest to two fairs
Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami run the same dates in the same building. The ticket page sells both under one heading. The all-access ticket carries the Red Dot Miami and Spectrum Miami opening night preview and unlimited access to all fair days, 3 to 6 December. The page marks it valid for multiple-day use.
Mana Wynwood publishes a 100,000 square foot air-conditioned convention center split into two rooms. The Event Hall measures 45,000 square feet and the Sound Stadium 35,000. A guest who works both fair floors stays inside one building.
Trade buyers enter all day, every fair day
The fair lists art industry professionals, gallery personnel, designers, consultants, art dealers, frame shops and retailers as trade buyers. Credentials are required at check-in. The page states that trade buyers are welcome all fair days and hours.
Thursday and Friday carry the same noon-to-8 p.m. floor as Saturday. A credentialed buyer can work either day. A fence that prices Thursday and Friday as shoulder nights sits against a published floor of equal length.
The ticket step marks the booking curve
Advance pricing runs to a published step on 2 December. One day of general admission sells at $32.33, made of a $30 ticket and a $2.33 fee. The all-access ticket sells at $73.73, made of a $70 ticket and a $3.73 fee. Door prices rise on 2 December to $50 for one day and $95 for all access, before processing fees.
The one-day ticket covers one of 3 to 6 December and excludes the opening night preview. A guest who wants the preview holds the all-access ticket. The fair therefore sells to two parties: one that has committed to the run and one that has not. The split appears in the ticket record before any room is booked.
A deposit deadline placed before 2 December sits ahead of the fair's own price step. Both decisions then run on one calendar.
No block sits under this fair
The accommodations section states that online booking sites carry the competitive rates, that Redwood Art Group is not affiliated with any booking site and that the company cannot act as an intermediary. The page carries no partner property, no cut-off date and no group rate.
No block rate exists to match or undercut. A property's own published rate stands as the reference for the week, and the cancellation term travels with it.
Parking decides the on-site case
Onsite parking at Mana Wynwood costs $33 plus tax on all days. A space sells first come, first served. Payment falls due at entry, the ticket runs 12 hours, and it carries no overnight privilege and no in-and-out privilege. Ten stalls are ADA compliant.
A car cannot sit at the venue overnight, and every re-entry buys a new space. A property within walking distance, or a rate that bundles overnight parking, answers a need the venue lot declines.
Fences that follow from the record
Set the minimum stay at four nights with a Wednesday arrival. The preview opens the run and the Sunday floor closes it.
Price a Thursday arrival as three nights. It covers the four show days and misses the preview, and the one-day ticket class already carries that buyer.
Quote the Sunday night as its own line. A guest who holds it keeps the room through the 6 p.m. close. A guest who declines it leaves after breakfast on the last floor day.
Carry parking into the rate comparison. A bundled overnight space changes what a guest pays across five days at the venue lot.
Tie an advance-purchase rate to a date before 2 December, and hold a flexible rate beside it. The fair publishes its own advance and door split, so a guest can read both.
The scale behind the fair
The fair publishes no attendance figure for the 2026 edition and no exhibitor count. Redwood Art Group reports more than 40 fairs across more than 11 years, with shows in New York, Miami, Santa Fe and San Diego, and nearly 100,000 attendees a year across its fairs. That figure belongs to the group, and no per-fair split is published.
