Calle Ocho 2027: One Sunday, One Rate Fence

Calle Ocho Music Festival runs Sunday 14 March 2027 along 15 blocks of Little Havana. The front-desk playbook for the arrival night, the VIP registration window and the route.

The gate opens at 11 on Sunday 14 March

Calle Ocho Music Festival runs on Sunday 14 March 2027 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fifteen blocks of Calle Ocho close between SW 12th and 27th Avenue.

The desk works the night before. A one-day Sunday festival puts the arrival load on Saturday 13 March and the departure load on Monday 15 March.

Fence the arrival night

The desk sells the room, the parking space and the walk to the route.

Two published clocks set the fence. The festival closes at 7 p.m. on Sunday. The VIP passport registration window runs 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, and the organiser names 4 p.m. as last call.

Build the Saturday rate on the arrival load. A guest who drives in on 13 March wants the room before the closure. Build the Sunday rate on the registration clock. A guest who arrives that morning needs the room and a departure that clears the route.

Set the walk-in floor before the weekend. Publish it on the rate sheet and give the desk authority to quote it without a manager call.

The VIP clock

Registration opens at 12:30 p.m. and closes at 4 p.m. Pass holders collect passes and drink tickets at the Kiwanis Registration Tent. The tent sits on the Miami Dade College surface parking lot at 2501 SW 6th Street, on 6th Street at 27th Avenue.

Reserved parking is a listed passport benefit. The organiser gives the Miami Dade College surface lot at 2620 SW 5th Street, Miami 33135. The tent and the lot share the campus.

VIP time runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. The passport carries lounge entry, private transport inside the 15 blocks, food and drink samples from Little Havana restaurants, access to some stages, and a commemorative lanyard with merchandising. The drink sample wristband carries a 21-and-over rule.

The organiser lists 2027 passport sales as coming soon and publishes no price. Ask for the confirmation at check-in and log the time the guest plans to reach the tent. A guest who plans to register at 4:30 p.m. has missed the window.

The shift brief

Four times govern 14 March. The gate opens at 11 a.m. Registration opens at 12:30 p.m. Registration closes at 4 p.m. The festival closes at 7 p.m.

Put one time on the shift brief: 4 p.m. The tent takes no pass after last call.

The desk script

Guests will ask for the route. Give the two published endpoints and the clock.

Script: "The festival runs along Calle Ocho between SW 12th and 27th Avenue, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you hold a VIP passport, collect it at the Kiwanis tent on the Miami Dade College lot at 6th Street and 27th Avenue before 4 p.m. I can call a car to that address."

The organiser publishes no street reopening time. Take an 8 p.m. booking on the route as provisional.

The handover line

Write three lines on the shift handover for 13 and 14 March. The Saturday floor rate. The Sunday registration window of 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The campus address at 6th Street and 27th Avenue.
