The Arrival Window

The venue calendar places the Do it Best Corp. Fall Market in the building September 25 to September 28. Three groups open the following day. Core4 shares September 29 with the MAPP Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference and ATD OrgDev.
That sequence sets a Monday departure and a Tuesday arrival inside one week. The venue's count line reads 12 events between September 22 and October 15.
ATD holds rooms at two host hotels for $195 a night. The rate runs through September 3, 2026, and both blocks close on the same date.
Four Track Rooms in Play
ATD publishes three session formats. Power Hour runs 60 minutes on discussion and activities. Industry Insights runs 60 minutes in a speaker-led lecture. Quick Wins runs 30 minutes on one tool, skill or case study.
The four focus areas supply the concurrent tracks. Peak room demand reaches four breakout rooms inside a single block.
The opening keynote runs 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. A second keynote runs 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Wednesday. The closing keynote runs 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
Tuesday carries two 60-minute blocks and one Quick Wins block. Wednesday carries three 60-minute blocks and two Quick Wins blocks. Thursday carries two 60-minute blocks and one Quick Wins block.
The Service Windows
Four 30-minute breaks sit in the programme. They start at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, 10:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, and 9:45 a.m. Thursday.
Two breakfast chats run 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday. One lunch runs 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. A Tuesday networking event runs 5:30 p.m. to 6:10 p.m. A Wednesday reception runs 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Check-In, Check-Out and the Rates
Registration is tiered by date. Early Bird closed June 5, Preferred closed July 17 and Advanced closed September 18. The Standard rate is open at $1,525 for ATD members and $1,725 for nonmembers.
Team rates for three or more run $1,450 and $1,650. Government rates run $1,475 and $1,675. A separate virtual Core4 runs December 1 to 3, 2026.
The closing keynote ends the programme at 12:30 p.m. Thursday. Registration closes at the same time.
What the Desk Schedules Against
