Three Miami room nights behind a $70 tattoo weekend

Weekend passes at $70 against $30 day passes set three room nights, on a Saturday that runs noon to midnight and a Sunday that closes at 10 PM.

The ticket sets the length of stay

The Allstars Tattoo Convention runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, 10901 SW 24th St. The organiser's store sells two products. The One Day Pass costs $30. The Weekend Pass, listed as a 3 Day Ticket, costs $70.

Three single-day passes cost $90. The weekend pass takes $20 off that total, 22 percent of $90. A weekend-pass guest has paid to be in Miami on Friday afternoon, on all of Saturday and on Sunday afternoon. Three room nights follow that ticket.

A One Day Pass guest picks one of the three days. Saturday carries a healed-tattoo contest at 3 PM, a second contest block from 4 to 4:30 PM, wrestling at 4:30 PM and a programme that runs to 8:45 PM. A fresh-tattoo contest opens at 9 PM.

The arrival pattern at 10901 SW 24th St

The organiser publishes two clocks per day, one for artists and one for the public. Friday opens to artists at 9 AM and to the public at 12 PM. Saturday opens at 10 AM and 12 PM on the same pair. Sunday repeats Saturday's clock.

Friday carries the earliest artist call of the three days, three hours ahead of its public door. An artist who enters at 9 AM on Friday needs a bed before that clock. The organiser publishes no arrival date on its FAQ, its schedule sheets or its vendor form.

The venue's own calendar lists the convention in Arnold Hall for November 13 to 15. The same calendar lists Feria de las Americas - Expo Nica in the Fuchs Pavilion for November 13 and 14. Two events share the grounds across the Friday and the Saturday.

The Saturday door clock and the front desk

Saturday runs 12 PM to 12 AM. The home page day cards and the footer of every page carry that window. One FAQ answer gives Friday as 12 PM to 10 PM while the same footer gives Friday as 12 PM to 12 AM, so the Friday close is the field to confirm before it enters a forecast. Sunday reads 12 PM to 10 PM in both places.

The Saturday programme puts its last listed item at 9 PM, a Fresh Tattoo contest with ten categories. The hall then runs three hours to the midnight close. A front desk on that Saturday takes returns across a three-hour window with no listed programme item inside it.

Where the on-site spend lands

The venue's Arnold Hall page lists an in-house restaurant and dining area among the building amenities. The organiser publishes one food line: "there will be a variety of food and beverage options available on site." Neither publisher carries a spend figure.

The programme carries its own catering item. Sunday lists Breakfast for the Artists from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, which ends thirty minutes before the public door. Saturday's twelve hours and Sunday's ten hours set the window a guest can buy food inside the grounds.

Sunday close and the third night

Sunday closes at 10 PM. A guest who leaves after that close drives home in the evening. A guest who books Sunday night leaves on Monday.

The Sunday programme lists a contest block at 3 PM, a second block from 4 to 4:30 PM, wrestling at 4:30 PM, Asylum in Chains at 6:20 PM and The Unity 305 Band from 6:45 to 7:45 PM. The weekend pass admits its holder to all three days. A hotel night is a separate booking on the organiser's Where To Stay page.

What the organiser does not publish

The Where To Stay page names one property, the Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites. It prints that property as two identical cards with two Book Now buttons. The buttons resolve to two different group codes on the property's own booking page. The page carries no rate, no cut-off date, no room count and no distance to the grounds.

Parking is published as "ample parking" at the Miami Fair Grounds, with signs and attendants on site. The venue's Getting Here page gives five vehicle entrances and a rideshare point at Coral Way and 112th Avenue, then states that those entrances apply to the annual Youth Fair and may not apply to Fair Expo Center events.

One date needs a check before a room block is built on it. The Saturday schedule sheet prints "NOVEMBER 14-16TH 2025" in its footer. The ticket page, the home page day cards and the venue's calendar all give November 13 to 15, 2026.
