Two Publishers, One Window
Work Truck Week 2027 occupies the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis. NTEA produces the event. NTEA dates the edition March 9 - 12, 2027. The venue's own event record carries the show as March 10 to March 12, 2027 with a forecast attendance of 14,000. That window covers the exhibit hall's three published days. NTEA counted 15,646 industry professionals from 29 countries and all 50 U.S. states across the 2026 edition.
The Four Nights And The Tuesday Open
The day-level schedule is published. Future Truck Summit opens the run on Tuesday 9 March. The educational program runs March 9-11. Ride and Drive runs March 10-11. The Work Truck Show exhibit hall runs March 10-12. A Monday arrival against the Friday close books four nights: 8, 9, 10 and 11 March. Future Truck Summit holds the JW Marriott Indianapolis. That day runs a keynote address and morning general sessions, then lunch and a choice of afternoon breakouts.
The Prior Edition's Shape
NTEA has published no session clock for the 2027 edition. The 2026 edition ran March 10 to 13. Green Truck Summit held March 10 as a full-day conference at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The Opening Reception ran March 10 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Generation Next Leadership Workshop and Networking Reception ran March 11. The NTEA Annual Meeting ran March 12 and opened with breakfast. The exhibit hall ran March 11 to 13. Ride and Drive ran March 11 and 12. The New Exhibitor Pavilion ran March 11 and 12. Every date in this paragraph belongs to the 2026 edition.
The Rate Basis Behind The Ladder
Engine's Indianapolis page gives $128 per night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. March reads $122, five percent below the city average. February reads $107, sixteen percent below. May reads $158, twenty-three percent above. The page labels each figure a par rate. A par rate is the cheapest publicly available price at the moment of each search. The page draws its observations from searches made 10 to 180 days before check-in. It reports a 32 percent swing across the year and publishes city-level monthly averages.
The Housing Layer Is Unpublished
Registration and housing for the 2027 edition have not opened. The event site invites a sign-up for notification when registration and housing open in the fall. NTEA members receive discounted registration fees. The producer's pages and the venue's event record carry no room block, no rate and no cut-off for the 2027 edition. The March Calendar Around The Show
The convention center's own dated feed returns ten bookings between 22 February and 1 April 2027. WWETT runs 22 to 25 February. Two bookings sit on 28 February. Work Truck Week holds 10 to 12 March. The Economic Club of Indiana Luncheon sits on 18 March. The ID Dance Competition runs 19 to 21 March. The Minority Achievers Awards and Scholarship Gala sits on 24 March, and the H.T. Hackney convenience expo runs 24 to 25 March. PopCon runs 26 to 28 March. The National Catholic Educational Association convention runs 30 March to 1 April. WWETT closes 13 days before the Work Truck Week exhibit hall opens. The next booking after the Friday close sits six days out.
The Ladder A Front Desk Can Build
The Monday night carries the registration desk and the early arrivals. The Tuesday night carries Future Truck Summit and the opening reception. The Wednesday and Thursday nights carry the exhibit hall. The Friday closes the show. A ladder built on that shape prices the Tuesday night above the other three and holds the Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights flat. The rate basis beneath it is a citywide par rate. The event publishes no rate of its own.
