Wekfest Miami: Hold Saturday, Release Sunday

A five-hour Sunday show in the Fuchs Pavilion sells one room night, and the organiser and the venue publish different dates for it. Hold Saturday 5 December and release Sunday.

Wekfest Miami creates one room night. The show is a single Sunday afternoon indoors in the E. Darwin Fuchs Pavilion at 10901 SW 24th St, and the organiser prices general admission at $30.00 plus a $2.53 fee.

Hold Saturday 5 December. Release Sunday 6 December.

The clock the guest books against

The Miami event page gives Sunday, December 6, 2026 and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The EventCreate checkout repeats the window: ticket holders may access the venue from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event information page prints Public Hours 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Entry starts at 1:00 p.m. for general admission. The box office sells on the day. The 1 p.m. door sets Saturday as the arrival night for a guest driving in from outside Miami.

Two publishers, two dates

The venue dates this show to 5 December 2026 on two of its own pages. The Fair Expo Center events board lists Wekfest Car Show on Dec 5, 2026 in the Fuchs Pavilion, and the pavilion page repeats the entry. 5 December 2026 is a Saturday.

The organiser dates the show to 6 December on three pages: the Miami event page, the event information page and the checkout page. The tour ticket page lists Dec 06 Miami, FL among six 2026 stops. 6 December 2026 is a Sunday.

The date the guest pays on governs the booking. Front office holds Saturday. A property that also fences Friday on the venue's date carries a second night the organiser's ticketing does not sell.

What the guest has already spent

General admission is $30.00 plus a $2.53 fee, which is $32.53 at checkout. Two adults pay $65.06. Children under 12 enter free with a paying adult over 18, so two adults with two children pay the same $65.06. A party of four adults pays $130.12 before a room, a meal or a parking space.

All sales are final. The checkout page states no exchange and no refunds.

Why Sunday releases

The public window runs five hours on the organiser's page and six on the event information page. The show has no use for a bed after either close. A two-night minimum puts a Sunday night inside a booking whose guest leaves Miami on Sunday evening.

The bag the door refuses

The event guidelines prohibit large bags, luggage, musical instruments, glass containers and outside food or drink. In-and-out privileges are permitted. A guest who checks out on Sunday morning and drives to the pavilion needs a bag plan before the door. Bag storage at the property belongs on the Sunday departure sheet.

The show is indoors and open to all ages. Children under 12 enter free and must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

The tour position

Miami is the last of six 2026 stops on the organiser's ticket page: Nagoya on 3 May, San Jose on 28 June, Seattle on 26 July, Chicago on 6 September, Los Angeles on 20 September and Miami on 6 December. The Miami page calls the city the tour's exclusively east coast event. A single Sunday stop at the end of a six-city calendar puts one night in the market.

The rate call

Hold Saturday at the event rate. Release Sunday as a shoulder night. A guest weighing a $32.53 ticket plus a Saturday room against a Sunday morning drive already holds a number for the day. The room premium is the variable the property sets. No hotel rate for this weekend is published in the record.

Let Sunday sell on its own demand. A two-night package adds a night the show does not use.
