Miami Grit Classic Lands a Monday Room Night

Four days of competition end on Monday 15 February 2027, so the last room night is a Monday and housekeeping meets the checkout wave on Tuesday.

A Friday Arrival and a Tuesday Departure

The Miami Grit Classic runs Friday 12 February to Monday 15 February 2027 at the Miami-Dade County Fair Expo Center. The meet sits in Arnold Hall at 10901 SW 24th Street, and the venue’s calendar adds Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille to the booking.

Four nights go on the folio: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Monday 15 February is the last room night. The checkout wave lands on Tuesday 16 February.

The organiser is TB Meets, Inc, with Tumblebees Gymnastics as co-host and Bold&Grit as event sponsor. The meet contact is miamigrit@tbgyms.com.

Sixteen Divisions and No Session Clock

The organiser’s page carries a line for each competition day and the same words each time: “Schedule to be announced.” Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday carry that line. Admission cost reads TBA. Parking cost reads TBA. The page states that parking and logistics information is to be announced.

The entry structure is published in full. The results files for the 2025 and 2026 editions carry sixteen divisions: Levels 1 through 10, plus Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Sapphire.

The entry deadline is 2 November 2026, at $190 for a standard entry and no charge for a team entry. An entry taken after that date costs $200, and an entry taken at the event costs $210. Refunds stop on 2 November. Substitutions run to 6 January 2027, and an injury refund with a medical note returns 50 percent up to that date.

That deadline sits 102 days before the first competition day and 15 days after 18 October 2026. The organiser’s own line reads, “Last year’s event sold out! We recommend registering early to guarantee your spot!”

Team counts, athlete counts and spectator counts stay unpublished on the organiser’s page.

The Block, the Hold and the Rate

Housing runs through Team Travel Source. The organiser’s page states that the partner “has secured the best hotel rooms with the lowest rates for this event”, and the link beside that line reads “Book or Hold Rooms”.

The partner’s landing page for this meet carries a note on rate movement: “TTS Live! event rates are based on demand and subject to change. TTS Live Events do not qualify for the Lowest Rate Guarantee.” No rate, no cut-off date and no property roster appear on the organiser’s page or on the partner’s landing page.

Two lines serve the booking. Parents and individuals reach 502-354-9103 or info@teamtravelsource.com. Coaches and team managers reach 502-354-9103 or cheerdancegym@teamtravelsource.com. The partner’s guest experience phone runs 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday.

The rate fence sits on four nights. A Friday-to-Tuesday stay carries the Monday night inside one booking, and the fence covers all four.

Tuesday Morning and the Grounds Next Door

Housekeeping load lands on Tuesday 16 February. Four nights of a team stay leave one morning of departures, and no session clock is published to spread them.

The same address carries a second event across the meet’s first three days. The venue’s calendar dates the Miami Winter International Open 2027, a jiu-jitsu tournament, to the Fuchs Pavilion from 12 to 14 February. Both events sit on the grounds off Coral Way.

The venue lists five vehicle entrances, with rideshare pick-up at Coral Way and 112th Avenue and the handicap drop-off at the main entrance. Its directions page adds that those entrances apply to the annual Youth Fair and may not apply to Fair Expo Center events through the year.

Parking terms for this meet stay unpublished. The organiser files the cost as TBA, and the venue publishes no fee for the four days.

The airport drive is short. Miami International Airport sits 8.67 miles and 21.2 minutes from the grounds at free flow.

The organiser publishes its own distances to Miami Beach sites at 18 to 21 miles from Arnold Hall. A party that books on those numbers books a second stay beside the meet, and the four-night fence prices the one at the hall.
