Art Miami and CONTEXT run Dec 1 to 6 at One Herald Plaza. Four official hotel partners sit inside 1.22 miles, with published rates from $169 to $654, three block cut-off dates and a three-night minimum at the lowest-priced property.

Art Miami and CONTEXT open on Tuesday 1 December at One Herald Plaza with a 1 p.m. VIP preview. The fair publishes four official hotel partners, and all four sit inside 1.22 miles of the pavilions. Rates come from Turon Travel, the housing vendor behind the CHECK RATES buttons on the fair Hotels page, under the event code Art Miami|Context 2026.

JW Marriott Marquis and Hotel Beaux Arts each charge a $35 destination fee per night plus tax, carrying $17.50 in food and beverage credit, the entertainment floor and a one-time museum admission. Both add $57.83 per vehicle per day for overnight valet, $20 per person round trip porterage and $5 per room per day in housekeeping gratuities.

Yve waives its $25 resort fee for Turon Travel clients. Breakfast runs $30 per person and transport to the Port of Miami $8 plus tax per guest. The Omni Garage beside the pavilion holds 2,500-plus spaces at 1645 Biscayne Boulevard.

The pass carries unlimited admission from 1 December to 6 December, the VIP Lounge outside private events, admission to partnering museums and Aqua Art Miami from 2 December. A Platinum preview runs 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the same day by invitation. Both previews benefit the Perez Art Museum Miami.

Four hours at the eight-hour price

Two addresses for one property

The fair Hotels page prints 225 NW 25 St for Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. The housing record prints 1633 N Bayshore Drive for the same property. The hotel publishes 1633 N Bayshore Drive on its own Turon page, and check-in there runs 3 p.m.

Art Miami describes itself as Miami original and longest running contemporary art fair. The 2026 edition runs six days, and the rate ladder above covers the nights those days create.
