NADA Miami 2026 runs Tuesday 1 December to Saturday 5 December at Ice Palace Studios, 1400 North Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33136. The 24th edition carries over 130 participating galleries and art spaces from 63 cities and 27 countries, with 45 first-time exhibitors. For a revenue desk the run is five show days, four nights of room demand, and two arrival clocks on the opening day.
Two clocks on 1 December
The VIP preview runs 10 am to 4 pm on 1 December, by invitation. The public gate runs 4 pm to 7 pm the same day. Both waves land on one date at one address.
Wednesday 2 December, Thursday 3 December and Friday 4 December run 11 am to 7 pm. Saturday 5 December runs 11 am to 6 pm. The 11-to-7 span covers three of the five show days, and the closing day releases an hour early.
Public hours total 34 across the run. Last entry sits 15 minutes before closing, so the Wednesday-to-Friday door closes at 6:45 pm and the Saturday door closes at 5:45 pm.
Four nights, and where the fifth comes from
A Tuesday 1 December arrival with a Saturday 5 December checkout holds four nights, the nights of 1, 2, 3 and 4 December. The guest leaves on the morning of the final show day, which closes at 6 pm.
A Sunday 6 December checkout holds five nights and covers the close. A Monday 30 November arrival holds five nights to a Saturday checkout and puts the VIP guest in a room the morning the preview opens at 10 am.
Two posts carry the fence
The arrival night separates the waves. A VIP delegate needs the room on 30 November, because a 10 am gate leaves no room for a morning arrival. A public delegate opening at 4 pm on 1 December can buy the Tuesday night.
The checkout day separates them again. The Saturday 6 pm close gives the fifth night a reason to exist. A four-night stay ends before the closing afternoon begins.
Price the first night for the gate time and the last night for the close.
What the ticket ladder publishes
Early-bird single-day tickets sell at 45 dollars. An early-bird multi-day pass sells at 65. A Vernissage Pass sells at 150. Senior at 65 and over and student passes sell at 35 dollars onsite with proof of ID. Children 12 and under enter free.
The fair holds back a limited number of onsite tickets and asks buyers to purchase online in advance. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A single-day buyer can move the booked entry day before the fair opens, subject to availability, through the confirmation email.
Every pass produces a QR code, scanned on arrival and again on each re-entry.
Reciprocity widens the opening wave
NADA grants VIP access to Art Basel Miami Beach First Choice VIP cardholders with a guest, on proof of credentials. Those guests register an email at the VIP check-in desk and receive a QR code. A NADA VIP pass covers the holder and a guest at the preview, with re-entry through the run of show. NADA Circle membership carries 9:30 am access to all NADA fairs.
Front office should expect the 1 December wave to arrive on more than one credential, and should record the arrival time against the booking.
The cluster is about 0.7 miles wide
Ice Palace Studios sits about 0.7 miles and two minutes by road from One Herald Plaza, where Art Miami and CONTEXT run 1 to 6 December. Miami Beach Convention Center sits about 5.9 miles and 13 minutes by road. A complimentary shuttle connects the fair to the Miami Beach Water Taxi at the Venetian Marina.
One room serves two fairs on the same day. The four nights carry demand from both sides of the week, and a flexible cancellation term carries more value than a fixed one.
The desk actions
Set a five-night minimum from 30 November for the VIP wave. Hold four-night inventory from 1 December for the public wave. Price Saturday night apart from Friday night, because the 6 pm close changes when the guest leaves.
The fair publishes no group discount, and its FAQ routes large school and museum groups to the fair's email. A group desk chasing badge savings finds none, and the room becomes the lever on the package.
Bag check sits at the information desk with limited space on a first-come basis. A guest arriving from a flight will not leave a suitcase there. Front office should hold luggage and say so at check-in.
The fair's pages name no hotel partner, publish no room block and quote no rate.
