THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL runs its club lounge as a salon on the 38th floor, about 170 metres above ground, per the property's own facilities page. The hall serves food and drink from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. across five presentations: breakfast 7 to 10:30 a.m., a snack service 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., afternoon tea 3 to 5 p.m., evening cocktails 5 to 7 p.m., and a nightcap 7 to 9 p.m.
The property is a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel at 3-2-2 Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka. It opened on 31 July 2024 with 418 rooms across floors 30 to 38.
The published eligible-user list names rooms
The facilities page names guests staying in SPECIALTY on the 38th floor, THE SUITE on the 37th floor, or SUITE on any floor. The list carries room categories and no membership tier.
Ambassador access sits outside that list
Ben Schlappig stayed at the property as a Bonvoy Ambassador member and published his account on One Mile at a Time on 19 September 2026. He writes that the hotel extends salon access to Ambassador members as a courtesy. The published list does not carry that tier.
He writes that several Marriott properties in Japan run facilities that exclude elite members with the exception of Ambassador guests. Commenters on his post disputed the generalisation, so it stands as his reading of the market.
What the salon serves
The property's page describes food and drink services through the day. Schlappig records alcohol service through the day, cocktails made by a bartender, an afternoon tea with finger sandwiches and pastries, soft-serve parfaits, and an evening presentation with caviar and a small made-to-order menu that includes beef tenderloin and steamed lobster.
He places the hotel's breakfast above the Patina Osaka and the Waldorf Astoria Osaka. That ranking is his own read of the three properties.
What the access rule decides for an operator
A member weighing this property against another Marriott in Japan plans around the booking. A room in the published categories, or Ambassador membership, opens the salon. Platinum and Titanium status alone leaves the door closed.
