Nine Consecutive Show Days
The Indiana Flower + Patio Show runs Saturday 13 to Sunday 21 March 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. The show occupies Expo Hall and West Pavilion, and doors open at 10 a.m. on each of the nine days.
The close moves across the run. Saturday 13 March, Friday 19 March and Saturday 20 March close at 8 p.m. Sunday 14 March and Sunday 21 March close at 5 p.m. Monday 15 through Thursday 18 March close at 7 p.m. The nine sessions total 80 show-floor hours, arithmetic on the published grid. The venue's own event page carries the same nine clocks, the same two buildings and the same address.
Two Weekend Peaks and a Weekday Tail
Three of the nine days run ten hours, two run seven and four run nine. The first Saturday and the second Saturday close at 8 p.m., which puts two of the three ten-hour days on a weekend.
The organiser prices its own tail. Its show information page publishes $5 After 5pm for Monday 15 through Thursday 18 March at the box office. That window covers the last two hours of each of the four weekday sessions, or eight hours of show floor across the run.
That is the published signal for the last two weekday hours: a local, late-arriving audience at a $5 gate, against a Saturday that opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m.
What the Gate and the Parking Price
Admission is $15.00 for an adult at the door and $13.00 online, with children 12 and under free. Parking is a $10.00 facility charge per vehicle, and the venue accepts cash and credit cards.
Two retail channels carry a discounted ticket. Menards sells a single adult ticket at $7.50, a $7.50 saving, in store from 22 January 2027 at eight named locations across Carmel, Indianapolis, Greenwood, Camby, Avon and Lebanon. Ace Hardware coupons take half off the box office price, $7.50, with coupons available in stores from 21 February 2027 and participating locations running from Indianapolis and Carmel out to Rockville, Winamac, Crawfordsville, Terre Haute and West Lebanon. The Sullivan Hardware & Garden coupon line on the same page reads 22 February 2026.
Both channels reach a local buyer within a drive of the grounds, and those tickets carry the same nine days.
The Nights Around the Run
Noble Evening in the Gardens runs Friday 12 March 2027, the night before the public run opens. The organiser describes a preview gala with restaurant offerings, live entertainment and silent and live auctions set among the showcase gardens, with ticket and sponsorship information at 317-375-2700.
Garden Tours are new this year and run Monday through Thursday only, at 11 a.m. on Monday 15 March, 4 p.m. on Tuesday 16 March, 4 p.m. on Wednesday 17 March and 11 a.m. on Thursday 18 March, at $25 including show admission.
Four themed days sit inside the run. Teacher Day is Sunday 14 March, with free admission for teachers and school staff on a valid ID. Senior Day is Tuesday 16 March, free for ages 65 and over and with no online tickets. Hero Day is Friday 19 March, with free admission for active military, veterans, police and fire personnel and free parking from the Fairgrounds. On Wednesday 17 March, the first 100 guests receive a voucher at the entrance for a free four-inch potted shamrock plant, redeemed at the show office in the West Pavilion. A Versiti Blood Center mobile unit sits onsite.
What the Housing Route Publishes
The show's show information page carries an Accommodations block with two named properties. Hampton Inn NE Castleton Indianapolis sits at 6817 East 82nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE sits at 8111 Bash Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Both carry a website link, and the block publishes no rate, no cut-off date and no room count for either.
Lazy Sunday Rentals, described as a local, women-owned Indianapolis vacation rental company, offers homes with full kitchens, workspaces, free parking and gathering areas, with 10 percent off a direct booking under code LAZYINDYFLOWERSHOW.
The RV campgrounds at the State Fairgrounds publish $40 plus tax per day with a hook-up at 317-927-7500, with year-round camping, indoor showers and flush toilets, washers and dryers, electricity, sewer hook-ups, sanitary dumping stations and potable water.
Visit Indy publishes 34,000 rooms in the metro. The show publishes 300-plus booths, and the venue's event page describes more than 350 experts in remodeling, kitchens and baths, landscaping, decor, flooring and more.
How the Run Fences
Published structure gives a revenue team its fences. Three ten-hour days carry the 8 p.m. closes, and two of them sit on a Saturday. Four weekdays carry a 7 p.m. close and a $5 gate after 5 p.m. Friday 12 March carries the gala, one night ahead of the run.
One handling for the nine days: hold weekend inventory behind a Saturday-night minimum or a two-night weekend pattern, and let the weekday tail sell late at a walk-in price. Treat the $5 after-5 window as the organiser's own published price for those eight hours, and set the desk's weekday walk-in rate against it. The gala night takes a single-night premium. The free-admission days reach a drive market within the metro, and they price as local traffic.
Each of those is a recommendation. The show's accommodation block publishes no block rate, no cut-off date and no room count for either named property, and no attendance forecast is published by the organiser or the venue.
