World of Hyatt opened registration for a global promotion on 29 September 2026. A registered member earns 3,000 bonus points for every three eligible nights completed between 29 September and 15 December 2026, up to 36,000 bonus points. The terms below come from Hyatt's own conditions for the offer.
The earning rule
The rate is 3,000 points per three eligible nights. Hyatt defines an eligible night as any night where the member pays an eligible rate or redeems a free night award. The nights do not need to run consecutively. Counting begins on the first eligible stay after registration. A member reaches the 36,000-point ceiling at 36 eligible nights.
The registration rule
Registration runs from 29 September 2026 at 8:00 a.m. CT to 15 December 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Only nights completed after registration and inside the promotion window count. The terms set no minimum-stay hurdle beyond the three-night earning unit. One single-night stay plus one two-night stay produces the first 3,000 points.
Where the nights count
The promotion covers participating Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide, participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, The Venetian Resort, and Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt. Stays at the last three must be booked through Hyatt booking channels. A property has to participate in World of Hyatt at the time of the reservation and at the time of the stay.
The rest of the terms
Only the room the member occupies counts. The member supplies a World of Hyatt membership number at booking, or at the property before checkout. Bonus points post two to three weeks after checkout. The bonus sits on top of base points. Hyatt pays five base points per eligible dollar, and 2.5 base points per eligible dollar at Hyatt Studios. A stay that straddles 15 December 2026 counts its in-window nights where the member completes the stay by 15 June 2027.
How it stacks with other Hyatt offers
The terms state the promotion is combinable with other offers unless the other offer expressly restricts it. World of Hyatt runs a second offer alongside this one. That offer pays 5,000 bonus points on each stay of five or more consecutive nights at Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios, runs from 20 January to 31 December 2026, and caps at 50,000 points, or ten awards. A member reads each offer's own restriction clause before assuming both pay on the same stay.
The arithmetic
Twelve awards of 3,000 points reach the 36,000-point ceiling. Twelve awards need 36 eligible nights, so the ceiling works out at 1,000 bonus points a night. That figure is arithmetic on the terms' own rate and cap. The bonus does not vary by member tier.
What it changes for a hotel team
The promotion adds a loyalty cost to the programme. Published rates, the eligible-rate definition and base earning rates stay as they are. The registration step sits with the member.
