GHA DISCOVERY is paying D$50 in Promotional DISCOVERY Dollars for a completed stay of at least two consecutive nights at a participating Minor Hotels property. The programme calls the offer the Minor Hotels Mega Reward. GHA credits the bonus after checkout, and the member spends it on a later eligible stay.
What the reward pays
Every eligible stay earns a flat D$50. D$ is the programme's own currency, and GHA states on the offer page that D$1 equals USD 1. One award of D$50 therefore carries USD 50 of value against a future stay.
The bonus sits on top of the base DISCOVERY Dollars the stay already earns. GHA's own DISCOVERY Dollars page puts that base earn at up to 7 per cent back on an eligible hotel stay or purchase.
The dates that decide an award
GHA publishes two windows. The offer dates run from 24 September to 30 November 2026 for registration and booking. The stay dates run from 24 September 2026 to 31 January 2027. The member has to be checked out on or before 31 January 2027, and the terms state that an ongoing stay with a checkout date after that day earns no Promotional D$.
Register first, then book
The order of the two steps is a condition of the award. A member registers inside the offer window, and the registration has to come before the booking. Bookings made before 24 September 2026 do not count towards the promotion. A booking or a stay completed before registration does not count either, even where both fall inside the stay window.
The participating brands
GHA's offer page names the participating brands: Anantara, Avani, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, iStay, Colbert Collection, Oaks and Tivoli. Its terms carry a link to the property list, which GHA publishes on its own site. The page's own participating-brands block also adds Elewana Collection, Minor Hotels and The Wolseley Hospitality Group.
The eligible channels
GHA names the eligible channels by name: minorhotels.com, anantara.com, avanihotels.com, nh-hotels.com, tivolihotels.com, oakshotels.com, the GHA DISCOVERY app, the GHA DISCOVERY website, and the hotel itself by phone, email or its official channel. GHA runs a second offer on the app channel, and its terms pay D$5 per completed eligible stay booked through the GHA DISCOVERY app.
The rates outside the award
The terms exclude a set of rates. The exclusions cover third-party online retailer rates at Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz, Priceline and Travelocity. They cover bookings with tour operators, tour series rates and charter rates. They cover airline crew rooms, travel-industry staff rates and other discounted rates. They cover complimentary, free, traded or bartered nights, stays tied to gift certificates, awards or vouchers, and corporate and wholesale rates.
One stay counts once
Three clauses close the repeat-award routes. Consecutive stays with the same check-in date as the last check-out date at a single property count as one stay. A booking that includes multiple rooms counts as one stay. Where two stays overlap, the promotion applies to one of them.
What the D$50 is worth against a room rate
Prince of Travel worked the bonus against one bookable member rate. The article, published 24 September 2026, put an Avani Room at Avani+ Koh Lanta Krabi Resort at USD 51 a night at the member rate for a stay from 20 to 22 October 2026, or USD 102 for the two nights. Live rates move, so that figure dates from publication.
The terms GHA states
The promotion's terms state no cap on the number of qualifying stays. They also carry the programme's standing clauses: the offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, availability and blackout dates may apply, the offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless GHA states it explicitly, and D$ is not redeemable for cash.
