A Townhouse Sold as One Booking
Hotel Indigo Bath relaunched Elizabeth House on 7 October 2026. The hotel published the announcement on its news page, and Hotel Owner carried the item on 8 October 2026.
Elizabeth House sits inside the hotel. One booking takes the whole house: eight en-suite bedrooms, the Parlour, the Historic Kitchen and a private courtyard. The house sleeps up to 16.
The room mix is three Premium Kings, two of them with a separate bath, two Premium Twins and three Standard Kings. Four bedrooms take an additional child, and the hotel supplies cots on request.
Two Packages From £2,500
Both packages start at £2,500 and are built around eight guests. The entry price works out at £312.50 a guest for the overnight stay.
The corporate package adds the Parlour as a private meeting room and the Historic Kitchen as a breakout space. It carries unlimited tea, coffee and water, a working sandwich lunch with a Brasserie Beau upgrade, a presentation screen, Wi-Fi and full breakfast in Brasserie Beau.
The leisure package opens the Parlour as a living room and leaves the Historic Kitchen's refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, crockery and glassware with the guests. It adds a welcome glass of prosecco and three canapes a person on arrival, plus Wi-Fi and full breakfast in Brasserie Beau.
Both carry the same eight beds. The corporate version sells the two private rooms as daytime working space.
The Supplement Ladder
The hotel adds guests up to a maximum of 16 for £75 a person. The supplement covers linen, towels, welcome drinks and canapes, and breakfast in Brasserie Beau.
The dog policy runs on its own line. The charge is £20 a night for a first dog and £10 a night for a second, with a maximum of two dogs a room. Guests get a bed, a bowl and treats, and the bar lounge and the outdoor terrace take dogs. Brasserie Beau does not.
The Enquiry Channel
The house has a page on the hotel site with an enquiry form, and the hotel takes calls on 0800 3898100. The announcement publishes no online booking date, no minimum stay and no rate for a single bedroom.
A group buys the house as one unit, and the operator quotes one rate for it.
Four Lines on the Rate Card
The entry price holds eight guests. The supplement lifts the party to 16 at £75 a head. The dog charge runs per night and per animal. Dining for more than eight moves to Brasserie Beau, which holds event spaces for corporate events, celebrations and private gatherings.
The Historic Kitchen seats eight for a meal. The Parlour and the Historic Kitchen belong to Elizabeth House guests alone across the stay, and the courtyard stays open to them.
