TDX 2027 runs Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March 2027. The Moscone venue feed dates the booking 10 to 11 March at Moscone West. Salesforce's events page carries the same two dates and the badge line "San Francisco and Salesforce+". No 2027 price, registration date or hotel list sits on the pages read.
The 2026 edition priced a Full Conference pass at $799. That pass covered keynotes, breakouts, theater sessions, hands-on training, roundtable discussions, networking events, the TDX Celebration, and daily lunch and refreshments.
Two nights, and the clocks that set them
Salesforce publishes the 2026 clocks. Badge pickup sat on Level 1 at Moscone West: Tuesday 14 April 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday 15 April 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Thursday 16 April 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The agenda labeled Tuesday "Travel Day" and ran Day One on Wednesday and Day Two on Thursday.
The TDX Celebration ran 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Masonic on Day One. Shuttles left Moscone West on Howard Street from 5:15 p.m.
Two nights cover the event for a delegate who arrives on Tuesday. The Tuesday night holds the travel day and the 6:30 a.m. pickup hour. The Wednesday night holds the celebration that ends at 9:00 p.m. A delegate who leaves Thursday evening books two nights. A delegate who leaves Friday morning books three.
The March premium is published citywide
Engine measures San Francisco's citywide par rate at $165 a night across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. March reads $197 on the same page, 19 percent above the citywide average and the highest month in the table. The page defines its figures as par rates, the cheapest public price at the time of each search, and not negotiated or booked rates.
Read that figure as market context and put the property's own midweek ADR beside it. Pull the nights of Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 March 2027, then the same two weeknights four weeks earlier and four weeks later.
Price the arrival night inside the offer. A rate built on the two badge days leaves the Tuesday night on the open market.
Test a two-night minimum against the property's pickup each week. Release the minimum when the window runs behind the same point in the prior cycle.
The check-in is the enrolment touch
Salesforce publishes the group mechanics. A purchase of five or more Full Conference passes sends each attendee a unique registration link. Each attendee completes registration and books a hotel room through the official housing portal. Hotel booking opens only after the individual registration completes.
Every room arrives as an individual reservation in the attendee's own name. The front desk holds the property's one loyalty conversation with that guest. Ask for the loyalty number at check-in, print it on the folio, and record the company behind the booking.
Hotel reservations are nontransferable under the published FAQ. Registration substitutions are processed free of charge. A badge substitution leaves the room in the original attendee's name.
One cancellation term, in writing
The 2026 Official Hotel List carries 15 properties and a cancellation column reading 24 hours, 48 hours or 72 hours. Eight properties sit at 24 hours, two at 48 hours, five at 72 hours. The same organiser's FAQ answers the hotel cancellation question with "between two weeks and five days before arrival, depending on the hotel".
Both pages are live on salesforce.com. Set the property's own term, put one date in the booking confirmation, and quote that date at check-in.
The list's footnotes carry two revenue terms. Hotels could charge a one-night deposit after 24 March 2026. Early departure fees applied where checkout came before the scheduled departure date without notice at check-in.
Apply both terms to a two-night booking. A guest who drops the second night without notice at check-in carries the fee the term sets.
Roster the desk for 6:30 a.m.
Badge pickup opened at 6:30 a.m. on both 2026 show days. Set the breakfast start and the desk roster for the hour before it. Hold one lane for the guest who leaves the key at that hour and needs the folio changed.
