Ten Days, Ninety Show-Floor Hours
The Indianapolis Home Show runs ten days at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Friday 15 January through Sunday 24 January 2027. The organiser lists two buildings, Expo Hall and West Pavilion, at 1202 East 38th Street.
Doors open at 10 a.m. on all ten days. The show closes on three clocks. Friday and Saturday close at 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday close at 7 p.m. Sunday closes at 5 p.m.
The ten days carry 90 show-floor hours. The two Friday-Saturday pairs carry 40. The Monday-to-Thursday block carries 36. The two Sundays carry 14.
Two Weekend Pairs Split by a Four-Day Block
The run reads as two weekend pairs with a Monday-to-Thursday block between them. The first pair is Friday 15 and Saturday 16 January. The second pair is Friday 22 and Saturday 23 January. Monday 18 through Thursday 21 January sits in the middle.
A front office reads that shape as two Friday arrival waves, two Saturday peaks and a four-night midweek stretch. Each wave runs two nights. The second wave repeats the first wave's weekday pattern seven days later.
Doors at 10 a.m. Every Day
Doors open at 10 a.m. daily, so the property's own breakfast and checkout windows sit ahead of the gates. The earliest close in the run is 5 p.m. No show day ends before mid-afternoon.
The Parking Charge
Parking costs $10 per vehicle per day on the Fairgrounds. The venue lists the Fairgrounds Infield, the South Lot on 38th Street and the Indiana School for the Deaf lot on 42nd Street. The South Lot and the School for the Deaf lot publish hours of 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The venue accepts cash and credit cards.
The show lists an ADA drop-off and pick-up point and asks drivers to switch on hazard lights on arrival.
Free parking appears once on the current pages. Hero Day, Friday 15 January, carries free admission and free parking for active military, veterans, police, fire, nurses, doctors and first responders with a valid ID. A free-parking line on the FAQ page is dated Monday-Wednesday, 19-21 January 2026 and belongs to the prior edition.
Rate Positioning for the Last Sunday
The last gate time of the run is 5 p.m. on Sunday 24 January. That clock supports a Sunday-night rate built for a Monday departure. Sunday 17 January carries the same 5 p.m. close at the middle of the run, so a property holds that night shape twice inside ten days.
The show publishes no block rate, no cut-off date and no room count, so the price on those nights sits with the property's own book.
What the Desk Will Be Asked
The organiser sells no multi-day ticket. A guest who wants a second day sees the show manager in the show office. Wheelchairs come in the standard 18-inch size, free and first come first served. Strollers are allowed and pets are not.

Ticket prices run $15 at the door and $13 online. The show's own page lists children aged 12 and under as free while the venue's event page lists children aged 5 and under as free. Senior Day, Tuesday 19 January, sells a $5 ticket to guests aged 65 and over with ID and no online ticket. The 5 After 5 rate gives $5 admission after 5 p.m. at the box office from Monday 18 through Thursday 21 January. Teacher Day, Sunday 17 January, gives teachers and school staff free admission with a valid ID.
Advance channels open on dated windows. Menards sells a $7.50 single adult ticket from 16 November 2026 across eight named stores. Ace Hardware coupons take half off the box office price from 3 January 2027 across 27 listed stores. A discount-ticket programme opens 5 January 2027 at 26 central Indiana locations. A corporate ticket programme runs through a representative contact on the show's own page.
Arrivals by Transit and Rideshare
Rideshare pick-up and drop-off uses 3773 Woodland Avenue through Gate 7 on 38th Street. IndyGo routes 4 and 39 and the Purple Line stop at the main entrance on 38th Street. The fare runs $1.75 a ride or $4 for an all-day pass.
The Published Scale
The organiser's about page counts 400-plus booths across the two buildings. The Fairgrounds event page carries the same hours grid, the same $10 parking charge and a shuttle service on Saturdays and Sundays. The show's own pages carry no shuttle line. The show page lists two accommodation partners, the Hampton Inn NE Castleton and Candlewood Suites, and points to the Fairgrounds campground at 317-927-7500 with a $40 plus tax daily rate for a hook-up site.
