Ten markets join the programme on 1 October
Accor Plus announced on 14 September 2026 that ALL Accor+ Explorer will cover Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan from 1 October 2026. More than 80 hotels sit inside those ten countries. The expansion follows the United Arab Emirates launch in May 2026, which was the programme's first move outside Asia-Pacific.
Accor states more than 1,400 participating hotels, more than 1,800 restaurants and more than 1,300 bars across 30 countries once the new markets switch on.
What travels with the membership and what stays local
The 15 percent discount on flexible rates applies at more than 30 brands and 5,000-plus hotels worldwide. The membership also carries instant ALL Accor Gold with 30 Status Nights. The Stay Plus nights and the dining discounts work in the participating countries alone, and Accor defines those by country. A property in a non-participating market sells the flexible-rate discount and the Gold benefits and nothing else.
What a Stay Plus night requires
Each membership year carries two Stay Plus nights. Each one applies to a stay of two or more consecutive nights, and it covers the more expensive of the two nights. The rate appears only when a member searches through the Explorer portal at accorplus.com. The certificate covers the base room category.
Blackout dates apply to Stay Plus nights and to ALL Accor+ rates. Accor publishes them through the hotel search. Selected resorts, remote destinations and long-stay apartments carry a minimum stay of three nights. Fiji, French Polynesia, the Maldives and Uluru already carry that rule.
The brands and venues the programme excludes
Accor excludes Banyan Tree, Rixos, Faena and SLS worldwide. Premium restaurants and rooftop bars can opt out of the dining discount.
The dining benefit carries 30 percent off food and 15 percent off drinks. Saudi Arabia serves no alcohol, so the drinks discount applies nowhere in that market.
The fee moves on 1 October
The membership fee outside Asia-Pacific moves from US$249 to US$255 on 1 October 2026. The membership page lists USD 255 a year or 15,000 Reward points. A member with auto-renewal switched on by 30 September 2026 holds the first renewal at US$249.
The 3,000-point bonus for UAE buyers
Accor attaches 3,000 bonus ALL Accor Reward points to Explorer memberships bought in the United Arab Emirates between 1 and 31 October 2026. Accor's published redemption tier prices 2,000 points at EUR 40 off a stay, which puts 3,000 points at about EUR 60. The wording ties the offer to UAE residents, and the sign-up form asks for an address and carries no further residency check.
What the expansion leaves to check
Accor had not published the hotel-by-hotel list when the announcement went out, and property-level participation sets what a Stay Plus night can book. The country variations, the blackout dates and the dining exclusions sit on the brand's own Stay Benefits Variations and Dining Benefit Variations pages.
The membership term runs 12 months from the join date. Explorer supplies 30 Status Nights against the 60 that Platinum requires, and China's separate Accor Plus 2.0 Premium adds another 20.
