Bookings open for stays from 1 March 2027
Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch has opened reservations for stays from 1 March 2027. The operator dates the debut to autumn 2026. Bookings run through the brand's own site. The hotel holds 114 rooms, suites and residences, per Hilton's release.
The spa runs on an exclusive collection
OSKIA is the exclusive spa skincare and treatment partner for the hotel and its residences. The treatment collection was written for the property and is available nowhere else, per the release. The spa holds individual and couples' treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and a hydrotherapy pool, with an ice fountain, a fitness centre and a private relaxation area.
Caitlin Ryde holds the spa manager role and runs daily operations. The announcement names no spa operator and publishes no management contract, no treatment price, no treatment-room count and no spa floor area.
What the guest programme carries
Clare Smyth MBE directs Coreus and Daniel Boulud directs Café Boulud. Hilton states the two kitchens hold eight Michelin stars between them. The ballroom seats up to 500 guests, per the release, and a set of grand and intimate event spaces sits alongside it.
The hotel occupies the Grade I listed Admiralty Arch on The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace. Reuben Brothers restores the building in partnership with Hilton across the monument's government-era offices.
What a guest cannot book yet
The reservations material publishes no nightly rate, no points price and no award chart entry. The spa announcement publishes no treatment names and no treatment prices. The debut window reads autumn 2026, with the brand site taking dates from March 2027 and earlier availability to follow as the opening nears.
What an operator can take from the pre-opening
