A 96-room property returns to the downtown count
Le Méridien St. Louis Downtown reopened on Tuesday 8 September 2026. The property at 1019 Pine Street holds 96 guest rooms inside a building raised in 1913. The hotel closed in January 2024, after a burst sprinkler pipe flooded the lobby and the lower levels.
Hotel Online carried the reopening release with a 15 September 2026 dateline. The release dates the reopening to 8 September, the Tuesday of the week before its own dateline.

Hawkeye Hotels owns the property, and Ravi Patel is its president. First Hospitality manages the hotel. Todd Curry is the general manager, and his quote on the reopening sits in the release.

The restaurant that follows the reopening
Pine Street Social Kitchen & Wine Bar opens later in September 2026, and the release publishes no opening day. The menu carries short rib ragu pappardelle, bourbon-brined pork chops, Cornish hen and a burger with bacon jam and pimento cheese.
Longitude Bar serves specialty espresso beverages and gelato, per the release.
