Two targeted IHG One Rewards offers run to 31 December
IHG One Rewards is running two targeted offers for stays completed from 30 September to 31 December 2026. One gives Diamond Elite status after 10 paid nights. The other doubles elite qualifying nights, to a ceiling of 10 extra nights. Each offer appears only inside selected member accounts.
Milesopedia published the pair on 1 October 2026 and updated the article on 2 October 2026. IHG does not display the terms to members outside the target group.
The two mechanics
The Diamond fast track turns 10 paid nights inside the window into Diamond Elite status through the end of 2027. The double-nights offer counts each paid night twice toward status, up to 10 extra nights.
Both offers require registration. The member registers inside the IHG One Rewards account before the stay. Milesopedia records the registration code for the Diamond fast track as 39002 and the code for the double nights as 64062.
What counts
Paid nights count. Award nights booked with points do not. Points & Cash reservations do not. Milesopedia lists both exclusions for both offers.
How a member checks eligibility
A member signs in to the IHG One Rewards account and opens the offers page. An account outside the target group is asked for a promotional code and then shown the message “We’re sorry, this offer is not available to you.” IHG targets the offers by member profile, so an offer missing from an account does not mean the promotion has closed.
What a property reads in the offers
The window closes on 31 December 2026, so the fourth quarter carries the paid-night volume both offers need. A property holds no part in the registration. Recognition on arrival, breakfast and any suite upgrade sit with the front desk, and the offers widen the number of members who hold Diamond when they arrive.
IHG’s published benefits chart prices the tier. Diamond carries a 100 percent bonus on base points. It carries a welcome gift that can be a daily hot breakfast for two, room upgrades subject to availability, early check-in on request and guaranteed room availability for bookings made 72 hours ahead outside blackout dates. Gold carries 40 percent on base points and Platinum carries 60 percent.
The standard Diamond threshold is 70 qualifying nights or 120,000 qualifying points in a calendar year.
Separate from the open autumn promotion
IHG’s open autumn promotion pays bonus points on stays and is open to all enrolled members. Milesopedia states that the two targeted offers are separate from it.
What the offers do not state
Neither offer carries a property list, a stated number of eligible members, or a cash value for the bonus nights. The public terms do not say whether the added nights count toward the milestone rewards ladder.
