A Villa the Hotel Sells One Booking at a Time
Conrad Koh Samui opened The Pearl, a 766-square-metre Presidential Villa, on 1 October 2026. The villa spans two levels at the resort’s highest point and holds one master suite. The resort sells it as a single residence to one party.
Wellness Moves Into the Room Product
The villa carries its own wellness suite: a couple’s treatment suite, a sauna, steam rooms, hot and cold hydrotherapy plunge pools and a fitness space. The resort’s line is that guests move between relaxation, movement and recovery without leaving the villa.
For a hotel team, that folds a spa sequence and a fitness room into a guest room and staffs them there. The hydrotherapy pair sits at the centre of the offer. The sauna and steam rooms let a guest build a morning circuit or a recovery session after a day off the property.
Chefs Who Cook in the Villa
The upper level carries a dedicated catering kitchen. It is fitted so the resort’s chefs prepare and serve chef-led dinners inside the villa, beside an open-plan living room and a private bar.
The kitchen lets the property bill a dining experience from a guest who stays in. A party that never leaves the villa still eats from the hotel kitchen, and the team keeps the covers in one room.
What the Villa Holds
Upper level: a terrace facing the Five Islands, an open-plan living room, a private bar and the catering kitchen. Lower level: a master suite with sea views, a walk-in wardrobe and a marble spa bathroom with a rain shower and a deep-soaking jacuzzi. Outside: a 20-metre infinity pool, sun loungers, a private outdoor cinema and a sunken dining pavilion.
The interior uses Thai craft. A sculptural feature wall modelled on traditional timber construction serves as the centrepiece, with warm woods and natural stone through the rooms.
The General Manager on the Case for It
Marco Araujo, general manager of Conrad Koh Samui, said travellers increasingly value privacy, wellbeing and the freedom to set their own pace of travel. He said The Pearl gathers those elements in one setting, with dedicated guest services attached to the villa.

What an Operator Cannot Price Yet
The release publishes no nightly rate, no minimum-stay rule, no sleeping capacity beyond the master suite and no closing date on bookings. It does not state whether the villa is new construction or a rebuild, and it names no architect or designer.
The Estate Around It
Conrad Koh Samui is an all-villa resort at Taling Ngam on the island’s south-west coast. Kiwi Collection lists 25 acres and 82 private pool villas across one to three bedrooms, plus three restaurants, two bars and a cafe. The Pearl enters that inventory as one villa at the resort’s summit.
