Accor sets the ALL Accor+ dining rate venue by venue for 2026

Accor's ALL Accor+ Explorer variations page sets the dining rate each venue carries, the 2026 country blackout dates and the two brand blocks outside the benefit.

Accor publishes the dining terms of its ALL Accor+ Explorer programme on a variations page. The page carries the update date 1 October 2026. The rate a participating venue carries is 30 percent off food and 15 percent off beverages for up to ten diners.

The property funds that discount. The page carries the venue list that decides which rate each outlet runs, the blackout calendar the outlet applies and the brands that sit outside the benefit.

The programme's own numbers

Accor states the benefits apply at more than 1,800 Accor restaurants and 1,300 bars across more than 30 participating countries in Asia Pacific and beyond. More than 3,000 venues sit in the programme. A limited selection sits outside it or carries tailored terms.

The page names the reason. Accor cites operating model and positioning. It lists small cafes, member-only clubs, externally managed outlets, Michelin-rated restaurants and chef-hatted restaurants.

Venues on 15 percent terms

Accor lists the venues that carry 15 percent off food and beverage in place of the standard rate. In Australia they are Akari at Mercure Sydney Liverpool, The Olympia at 25hours Hotel Sydney, the restaurants and bars at Hyde Perth, the restaurants and bars at Mondrian Gold Coast, Flaminia Restaurant and El Vista Bar at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, Bar See See at The Porter House Hotel Sydney, and Diggers Bar and Grill and Wentworth Bar at Mercure Orange. Hyde Melbourne Place carries 15 percent at every outlet other than Marmelo.

In New Zealand, Lone Star Queen Street at Mercure Auckland Queen Street carries the 15 percent terms. In Saudi Arabia, Jones The Grocer and The 35 Lounge at Fairmont Ramla Riyadh carry them.

In the Middle East the named venues are Fairmont Ajman's Spectrum Lounge and Salt & Sea bar, Fairmont Dubai's CinCin and Pool bar, and ibis Styles Jumeirah's Street cafe and Jumeira perk cafe.

Across Asia the list runs 25 Degrees Burger Bar at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, EL SANTO at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy, Ristorante Venezia at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra, The Grand Lobby, Tiffin Room, Writers Bar and Yi by Jereme Leung at Raffles Hotel Singapore, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse at Swissotel The Stamford, and Mariposa Restaurant and The Atrium Lounge at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. Raffles Maldives Meradhoo Resort, SO/ Maldives and Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa carry 15 percent at every outlet, as do Mondrian Hong Kong and Grand Seminyak Lifestyle Boutique Bali Resort.

Venues outside the dining benefit

The page lists the restaurants and bars where the standard benefit does not apply. In Australia they are The Laneway and The Atrium at Mercure Sydney Liverpool, Marmelo at Hyde Melbourne Place, every outlet at The Brighton Hotel Sydney and at Mount Lofty House Adelaide Hills, and Cibaria and 55 North at Manly Pacific Hotel.

Elsewhere the list covers Little Miss India and The Cigar Room at Fairmont The Palm; Do Forni, Fu Lu Zu, Hachi and Le Bar at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra; the restaurants and bars at Fairmont Mumbai; House of Yuen, Motion Blue and Senshu at Fairmont Jakarta; OFF RECORD, Migiwa and Totsuji at Fairmont Tokyo; the restaurants and bars at Fairmont Peace Hotel; Raffles Macau; Long Bar and Restaurant Andre at Raffles Hotel Singapore; MAMA'S KISS at Mama Shelter Singapore Orchard; and the restaurants and bars at Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon.

Two brand blocks sit outside the benefit

The Banyan Group carries the exclusion across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. The brands are Banyan Tree, Angsana, Garrya, Cassia, Dhawa, Homm, JO&JOE and Morgans Originals.

Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems sit outside the benefit in Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

The terms that change by market

South Korea runs its own ladder. Hotels there offer 30 percent off food and 15 percent off beverage for up to ten people, and 10 percent off food and beverage for parties of 11 people and above up to a maximum of 20.

Mainland China carries a menu-level variation. The standard benefit may not apply in some restaurants for select menu items such as premium dried goods, live seafood and a full bottle of spirits.

Two resort terms sit on the page. Ayers Rock Resorts excludes the benefit during breakfast. Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa offers 25 percent off food only.

The blackout calendar a property applies

Member dining benefits are not accepted on the days the page lists by country. Bahrain carries National Day and Accession Day on 16 and 17 December 2026. Egypt carries Armed Forces Day on 6 October 2026. Oman carries National Day on 18 and 19 November 2026. Qatar carries National Day on 18 and 20 December 2026, plus Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.

The United Arab Emirates list runs Arafat Day on 26 May, the Eid al-Adha holidays on 27 to 29 May, Islamic New Year on 16 June, Prophet Muhammad's Birthday on 25 August, Commemoration Day on 30 November, National Day holidays on 2 and 3 December, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.

Australia's list carries New Year's Day, Australia Day, Valentine's Day, Good Friday, the Easter weekend, Anzac Day, Mother's Day, the King's Birthday by state, Labour Day in New South Wales, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory, Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.

Five sub-markets add dates on top of their country list. Shanghai hotels carry the CIIE event from 5 to 8 November 2026. Guangzhou hotels carry the Canton Fair from 23 to 27 April and from 23 to 27 October 2026. Sapporo hotels carry the Snow Festival from 4 to 11 February. Hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Nagoya carry cherry blossom season from 28 March to 5 April. Yeouido, Mapo and Yongsan hotels in Seoul carry the Seoul International Fireworks Festival on 4 and 5 September.

A revenue or food and beverage team needs three things from the page: the rate its venues carry, the blackout dates its country list sets, and the brand and venue exclusions that sit outside the benefit. Accor directs members to the blackout dates applicable by country.
